They are truly amazing! On my last roadtrip, I had a rock hit my windshield at the bottom and it quickly cracked through over half my windshield. I called them and the lady who answered was so friendly and understanding. She provided me with a quote and set up an appointment for them to come out and replace the windshield. Upon arrival, turns out the type of windshield was wrong, due to a detail I was unaware of and thus failed to mention. I received a call about 15 minutes later saying she can order the correct one and try to get them to install it later in the afternoon. A bit after 1pm I get the call that they can swing by again. The installation was done in about half an hour. The guys were fun and talkative, and also pointed out some windshield maintenance things I should address. Very impressed! I woke up this morning, while visiting family 3 hours out of town, to find 3 of my car windows had been completely smashed in. Being that I had to return home that day, I expected that I was going to have to drive all the way home with no windows until I could find a shop or dealership near my house that week. Don't know how I missed this place the first time but I settled on one who, after quoting me the lowest estimate, asking me questions, and booking an appointment and confirming our time, then gave me a "final" price which was quite a bit more than I was quoted. Wtf? I was told it was for labor, disposal fees, etc. I was pretty ticked off since the point of asking for a quote is to know what I'm going to pay!!! I got back on yelp and found Mac's. I called Mac's Mobile Autoglass to fix a side door window that had broken. I had Mike come out about an hour after I had called. Mike was wonderful, cleaned up the glass in the window, cleaned off the duct tape adhesive that we used to seal the window. Unfortunately I had a broken internal part of the door that needed to be replaced. Due to only being in town for a few days I had to cancel the repair because the replacement part would not arrive in time. I'll keep them in mind when I am in town. read more
