He charged $60 just to come out, he didn't say a word but went right to my Air Conditioning unit and asked to use my hose. For that he charged me $30 dollars to spray my A/C with my own hose. About 10 minutes later he walks up to me with a bill he said he added less than a pound of freon and wanted over $150 total. He didn't use any tools to check if it actually made any difference. My A/C is still not cooling my house so I wasted $150+ for absolutely nothing. Stay away from this company!

They kept me informed every day of their progress in ordering parts and working with the vendor for the warranty. Cussed at and walked up on me like he wanted to fight , he is an old guy and didn't want to pay until my partner showed up. Gave me three hundred for the floors. Then come to find out where the pipe goes out the roof they didn't seal it properly and it is leaning and pulling shingles back ; it also leaks water . I called them he said they would come fix and the never did. Then four that the drain pipe going from bottom of heater to outside wasn't wrapped in moisture wrap; so it was leaking water into crawl space . I called him two day before buyers inspection was to happen he promised to come and fix this stuff and never did. Because of the water leaking in crawl space and the roof buyer backed out of sell. Then notice the return cover was bent and when I called him he said he ran out of material so he didn't come before inspection. When I told him it cost the sell of the house he said it wasn't his problem any longer and Larry hung up on me . I called back and told him I would take him to court he laughed and said do what you want and hung up and now won't answer the phone . I would never use this company ever again nor recommend you use them either. He is cheaper and I guess you get what you pay for. Trust me when I say be very careful when ever dealing with this company. Oh and he charged me an extra two hundred because I payed with my credit card. That was icing on my cake.
