I have not done anything different with my computer, but after looking at it, they tell me I had no screws in the hard drive. When I picked it up, I was told that I must have taken the screws out between the time I had it there before, and today. He had a lot of suggestions as to why they weren't there, but not that they could have made an mistake. I am not a liar, and I can't imagine why I would remove the screws to then have them fix the thing. 80.00 later!!! I can't believe that they would loose a good customer admit that perhaps they goofed, I just recommended them to a friend. Will not do that again.
