I had a very disappointing experience at this laundromat. The woman who identified herself as the…read moremanager was extremely unprofessional and caused a scene in front of customers. Instead of handling the situation calmly, she escalated it, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In addition, there were several individuals hanging around outside who appeared intoxicated, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel clean, professional, or customer-friendly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

I brought a Prada backpack in and asked to have the front pocket stitched because it had a tear. I…read moreasked them to match the stitching because it's an authentic bag. There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself. I should have just shipped it to Italy and paid the premium. My bag is now devalued. I pointed out the issues - and they still made me pay for it!! Don't get alterations here.
