I'm a mother to a high schooler, who at times can forget when deadlines are quickly approaching. Twice in the last month, Hudson Cleaners came through clutch! Most recently, they provided same-day service for my child's ROTC uniform when she forgot she had dress day the next day! I was able to drop it off on my lunch and pick it up right after work. I highly recommend them for any school dance needs, uniform cleaning/pressing, etc. I don't understand the low reviews. They wear NO masks ever! I've gone in there numerous times with my clothes & have asked every time I go & they have some dumb excuse as to why. Last time I asked again she had her mask hanging from her neck. And said I have one. But it's NOT ON! Will be looking to go somewhere else. Now called Maecy's Cleaners. They changed their name to Macy's, but apparently a very large department store chain was not happy about that. Very pleasant people and nice quality work. I do have a very big problem with the policy that makes any shirt with either metal buttons or snaps a Dry Clean item. That takes my cost from $1.75 to $4.50. They say it's because their robotic shirt press could be damaged by the buttons. So it's OK to break my buttons with your machine? Frustrated that I get hit with so much additional cost because of my bittons. Looking for another Dry Cleaner. read more

Do not understand that a long evening gown with a liner should be attached with threads so when you lift up dress to dance to go down stairs you dont get your heel stuck on liner And fall. Charged me $32 to hem when i checked for the strings that attach the liner to the dress material there were none. When i explained in english what was needed to make the dress safe, the tailor did not understand, needed a translator, and then the tailor said there was only one string on side attaching the two pieces of material. I said you didnt even put the only one string back. I told them that was ok but i would never go there again. They were fine with that. read more

My Dad took his ( grandson ) my youngest son sentimental baby blanket that was made by his grandmother she made for him while sick with cancer an passed away from cancer months later. The Blanket was to b just dry cleaned only. It was cleaned before out in Plymouth an that place did a beyond fantastic job. This place Hudson's not only gave back the blanket still not clean the blanket was half hanging off the fabric to the crochet side. My son blanket is not replaceable!!! It's Sentimental !!!!!! So I took the blanket else where. This place does not deserve even one star so disappointing read more

Very good customer service, and very friendly staff. Getting the job done in 24 hours is a huge plus.

If there was a zero star rating, that's what I would actually rate this establishment. They are very unprofessional and rude. They lost my blouse and made absolutely no effort to try to find it or replace it. After calling several times and leaving messages with different employees, no one ever called me back. Fast forward two months, I went back and the manager had the nerve to yell at me when I asked if they had located it. When I asked how they plan on correcting their error, he said I should go and buy something similar and then they will determine whether they will reimburse me. I then proceed to leave the store and then he says, don't roll your eyes at me. It was never about the cost of the blouse, but the lack of accountability and respect towards the customer. They made the mistake, yet they are yelling at me as If I was the one who misplaced the item. They clearly do not care about their Customers or customer service! NEVER GOING BACK and YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER! read more
