It's a huge tailor and cleaners! I didn't get anything tailored or cleaned but went in with my aunt and mom in law to pick up their jackets. The owner/tailor greeted us immediately as soon as we walked in and mentioned that their orders are ready. I like when people remember your orders as soon as you walk in the door. My aunt and mom in law have been coming here for years so they are well acquainted with the store as well. I also checked out the prices and they are very affordable. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely bring my jacket or anything that needs to be hemmed or dry cleaned to get it done here. Oh, did I mention that the service was pretty fast too? read more

The people working there were nice, the price seemed reasonable ($8 if you pay at drop-off - you get a 20% discount), and it was ready when they said it would be ready. This is my cleaners. They're open seven days a week and have great hours. I've been very happy with their cleaning and tailoring. At this point I have trusted them with: -numerous pairs of pants to be tailored (since I am short) -a jacket that I lengthened the sleeves on -my dry cleaning of clothes -my dry cleaning of blankets and comforters They have signage saying they are ecofriendly and the staff talk about how they are only one of a handful of cleaners in the state that use an earth friendly process. (I should note that I am not as well researched on this issue as others are.) Most notably, we brought in many blankets to be dry cleaned after they spent the summer in a hot attic and came out smelling like roof and plastic. The dry cleaning worked to get rid of the smell that we valiantly attempted to rid them of at home. Also: to talk about pricing, I'm not sure how this got classfied as 'ultra high end'. The pricing is average for these services. They give you a slight discount if you pay everything upfront. I am happy with and confident in their work, so I pay in advance every time. All in all, they've treated me very well over the last three years. Would recommend. read more

They do a good job. However, only when they do what you asked them to do. 3 or 4 of the things I've taken in either were returned incomplete (they only stiched/ patched some of the rips) or they didn't fix the item the way I wanted. I've had 3 articles of clothing rip after getting them fixed because they didn't do the correct job. For example, my favorite shirt keeps ripping under my arms. I asked them to expand my shirt there so it would stop ripping. Instead they just sewed it up. The stitching was good work, but my shirt ripped again bc the arms are still to small. This would be less irritating if they weren't charging me $18 + to stitch each item only to have them rip. However, the good thing is, I took most of the clothing back and they fixed it again without charging me. And they weren't annoying about it. read more

I've been coming to this place for years. They are reliable and fairly priced. I like the prepay discount too. The quality is great and service is great as well. There are probably 4 places closer to my home and most are more expensive and couple not as good quality. I'd recommend this place for sure. I've forgotten my cellphone there probably 4 times in the years I've been going and just turn around when I realize it and they've always had it set aside. Honestly goes a long way. read more

This is the only dry cleaner I've used since I moved to Michigan two years ago. And now it seems I'll have to find a new one. I dropped off my comforter to have a tear sewn and to get it cleaned. The woman asked if Tuesday or Wednesday was okay, and I said Wednesday is fine because I would be out of town. When I went back on Wednesday to pick it up, the woman told me that I would have to wait until tomorrow because they hadn't cleaned it yet. I asked why they haven't cleaned it, especially since they're a dry cleaner, and she just mentioned some other woman who was apparently supposed to move it somewhere. I showed her my receipt that said I paid to have it by 5 PM on Wednesday and so that's when I expect it and she said "that's not my job." When I asked to speak to a manager, she said they're only there in the morning. Horrible service. Update: When I told the manager about the incident, she seemed genuinely upset and appalled by her employee's behavior. She also offered to take care of me upon my next visit. While I probably still won't return, I appreciated her concern and effort to rectify the situation. read more

Also I have had some bad experiences but they fix them when I bring my clothes back. I want to keep coming here but I cant justify paying so much to get my clothes altered and not always perfect. I've gone here quite a few times, sometimes the ladies up front forget to dry clean something or only press my shirts. Sometimes I'll get two pair of pants hemmed the same way and when I try them on, one is super tight and one is super baggy. Looking for another place to go read more

Dropped off five slacks to have altered for my son on Friday. Was told that they would be available for pickup Monday at 5pm, which is also printed at the bottom of the receipt for 5PM!!!. I get here at 5:30pm after getting off of work only to be told my garments still ARE NOT READY AND I HAVE TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES!!! Just completely threw off the rest of my evening and what I needed to have done. A courtesy call would have been nice notifying me that my order was running behind so that I could plan accordingly. read more

Not pleased! My clothes were not cleaned properly and when I asked the staff to address it they were extremely rude. Then after I realized they were not going to correct the problem I agreed to pay the full amount in spite of the clerk's bad attitude. Then she pretended to have computer problems and insisted that I pay in cash because my card was declined. I called my card company that they confirmed that there was no reason why the transaction should not have been processed. This was clearly an attempt to embarass and not address the issue. Westborn Taylor's & Cleaners is absolutely awesome. They have great service and kind staff. Their prices are the cheapest around town and they will help you with whatever you need whenever you need it. I've been going there for a really long time, I take all of my clothes there. I take my expensive dresses to tAke them in, take them out, shorten them, assess the fabric. They can fix anything they need. Honestly I have plenty of Taylors next to my house yet I drive 25 minutes to go to Westborn Taylors & Cleaners. They're awesome!! Go there! read more

The tailor here is very good and professional, although the space is very dirty and unkept. It looks like the owners just don't care about the condition or cleanliness of their store.
