Worst service returning items in children's dept cashier was annoyed I had many items kept telling me that I should've gone to returns on another floor! Why when I'm purchasing other items! Christine Needs to learn to shut her mouth! I guess she didn't want to work today!!!!

My son also purchased a suit for his wedding which they had in stock. Quails sent my sons suit to be tailored and ordered by husband. No one got back to us when they would be in, so We called and they informed us my son's suit was done but my husband's suit was on back order My husband had to call numerous times to see if it was in and no one knew what was going on. With the wedding only 2 weeks away we had no choice but to cancel the order and get out money back. Once we got to the quails in freehold, they had no idea what was going on and couldn't off another solution So at that point we just got our money back. I Would not recommend going to quails They are unprofessional and also not dependable

I found two suits and a tux I liked. Usually, three for one means that you pay for the highest priced suit and the two others are free. Simple enough. So I'm about to try on the suit and I ask what the total price would be. Came out to something like $560. So I asked: How'd you get that number? Well, the manager -- who, incidentally wasn't wearing socks even though this is a dressy clothes store -- says: we add up the price of all three suits and take the average. How's that three for one? So, I say, that's not what the sign says. "Yes it does," says he. "Bye," says I. I didn't check to see what it would have cost if I paid for the highest priced one and the other two were free. But this seemed like a shell game. See if you have better luck. At worst, you'll have a half hour of laughs and the salemen will waste their time.

That experience was fine, but went to return a $62 gift that was paid for with cash at this location today, with reciept and they told me I couldn't get cash back. They said you can only get cash for purchases under $50, or they'd have to mail you a check. Are you kidding me? You can't buy a single thing in that store for under $50. Want to know how I know that? I tried to use the $62 gift card they gave me and it was nearly impossible. Cheapest dress shirt was $90 and it was buy one get one free. No way I was using the entire gift card and spending $30 for two dress shirts when I can get two from Van Huesen for $40 total. They didn't even have my size. I ended up getting a scarf, priced at $100, for $40 and then some little items found next to the register. Had $7 left on the card but I'll probably never spend it because I'll still be dropping $100 out of my pocket. One positive was the kind sales person who helped me search for a shirt in my size. I'll give them that.

The first salesman that walked up to me was very polite and worked with me from beginning to end getting the suit I wanted! I am very happy with the prices, including the cost of tailoring. They set me up well and their tailor did a good job fitting the suit to me. They also rushed the finish date of the suit for me because I needed it next day, that was really nice. I will say that within this price bracket, I believe Jos A Banks is the best option. I went to 5 other stores looking at suits and only found one that was in the same price range that seemed to be worth it. The suit itself may not be the best quality but all said and done it cost me under $300 so I am not complaining!

We will not be coming back! My fiancé wanted to buy a tuxedo and they gave him the most expensive one they had and said it was $1000. When we asked if there was anything in a lower price point we were told no. The rude salesperson (older foreign lady, can't remember her name) then abandons our party of 6. Cory saved the day and we ended up renting with him help. Here's the twist: I came home only to find out that my dad had been there not even a week earlier and they told him that tuxedos can start in the $200 range and go up from there. I called to confirm and this is true. Basically we got robbed because for only a little more (which we were willing to spend) we could have bought a tuxedo! Definitely will not be coming back!

So, I went here to be fitted for my wedding a couple months ago with my mom. There was an older man and two younger men. I wasn't familiar with the process, so I was asking a few questions, and I'm sure I sounded like I didn't know what I was talking about. I could have been supported and treated with kindness. Instead, All I got were nasty looks, comments, scoffs, and the feeling that I was totally unwanted. When I asked about the group ID, the older man (who I assumed was a manager or something) said he had no clue what I was talking about and that it must be a different company. He also did not help whatsoever in looking at colors or patterns in-store, and he instead just showed me the website, telling me to figure it out on there. The whole experience was just totally unprofessional, and they cost themselves 10 suits. Tuxedo Junction in Brick got my money instead, and I'm so pleased I went there, because the whole process was simple, and I felt accommodated every step of the way.

Think of the crumbling Sears department store chain, take one of their vacated stores and fill it with cheap disposable clothing and you have the essence of Primark. The dated retail monstrosity of Freehold Raceway Mall has never been a personal favorite but the absolute dishevelment inside Primark makes the rest of the place feel like Rodeo Drive. Shelves... why bother... just dig through the threadbare rags on the floor. Hey, there's a really nifty polyester sport coat I can wear to my next arraignment. I saw it first clown, give it back. So, you wanna play rough... You get the picture. Just having the jacket on for two minutes compelled other shoppers to spontaneously give me money. Why bother with a tin cup. I never thought that any retailer could be worse than Sears but Primark certainly has aspirations to that fetid crown. Two polyester stars.
