Brenda was responsive and flexible with setting everything up, which was great since our closing date was originally up in the air.

All of my questions and concerns leading up to the move were addressed quickly. The staff members on the other end of my phone calls and emails were all so friendly. My packers, Alex M and Tristan B, were awesome! Alex K let me know right away that the 3-5 hours estimate I was provided would not be enough time to pack the number of household items I had. They got the job done as quickly as they could and even left me a few boxes for those "last minute" items. I appreciated their diligence and especially how easy they were to work with. My movers, Mike K and Mateo K, were phenomenal! Friendly, efficient and transparent. Mike K's immediate assessment of the size of the POD I rented versus the amount of room I actually needed for my household items was addressed up front and a solution was found. They even agreed to load their truck with those "overflow" items and transport them to the storage unit I was able to rent "on the fly." These guys were total lifesavers! Mike K even assured me that Badger Bros would pick up those items and transport them to my new residence in September. Thank you Badger Bros! I told my real estate agent to recommend Badger Bros to all of his clients. :)

They sent 2 guys over on 7/13/2023 to help us move to a place we're renting while our new house is being built and man has this company gone downhill!! They broke feet off 2 dressers, completely destroyed my daughter's dresser, and dented and gouged several other pieces of furniture. That's not even the worst part! The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. Weird, right? He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture and that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, "oh, Tommy likes NASCAR, I should just take this". (Tommy is the owner of this company). This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed up in the morning didn't have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack and that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! Are you kidding me!? (If I find it I'm calling the cops!!!) When I told the employee that I had used this company before without any issues he asked when. I told him January of 2022. He said that the company was fine then, that there were 2 other owners then, Shaw and another guy but they split when Tommy started stealing money from the business to buy drugs. What is going on at this place??? On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary similar to this one. Several hours later I got a text from Tommy, the owner, saying, "Good evening. Ive been told you had a visit yesterday from josh. I had to let him go due to a number of different reasons please take anything he might of told you with a grain of salt , he is upset & out of control, He has been telling ppl lies and right now im trying to resolve the issue.Iv seen the review you left me it makes me furious! thats not the image I want for my company, Im willing to pay for any damages, please lmk thanks Thomas". We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didn't want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time, like I'd ever use them again, NO WAY!!! With all the damage they'd done and the insane visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding. I have since contacted my attorney. Lesson: Don't use this company!!! Terrible experience and if they break your stuff they won't pay to fix/replace it because they are too worried about making an insurance claim (or maybe buying drugs‍)

We chose WellRive based on a recommendation from someone who used them for a recent move. At our…read moreinitial contact, we discussed that we were shipping internationally by cargo ship and truck, and that things need to be extremely sturdy as we had already used this carrier and the boxes took a beating. Since we were not on site, we did a video walkthrough of the job, identifying items that would need extra packaging including valuable bicycles, a new couch, and an entertainment center. Throughout our interactions, we offered to purchase dedicated supplies (e.g. crates) to ensure our valuables would survive the shipping. The refrain from Michelle at Wellrive was "our specialist has 30 years of experience, he knows what he's doing" and that he frequently shipped these items internationally. We made a $450 downpayment on an estimate of $1,570+supplies, and waited by the phone/video on the day they were packing our old house, expecting calls with questions, clarifications, or rethinking plans as these things have a tendency to go. We were surprised that we did not hear from them except at the end of the day, when they said they were finished, boxed up everything with extra care, and unilaterally decided to exclude some of our items (e.g. the keys to our bicycle locks and safe). They sent an email summarizing their work, and asked us for the estimated ~$2,300 labor and supplies for that day. That evening, our house sitter stopped by and took video and photos of the job to ensure that everything was ready for the mover coming the next week. What we found was absurd! Despite the assertions in their summary email "we put the bikes in big boxes", 3 out of 4 bicycles and one of our most prized lamps were literally just wrapped in paper with no cardboard or box at all. These would almost certainly have broken in shipping. As if that was not bad enough, they "boxed" our entertainment center in a way that it was not even protected from the humidity and salt air. Even more unprofessional is the way they left the removable legs on the entertainment center, and the removable feet on the couch. At the very least, these would get bent or damaged, but more than likely they would also have damaged our other boxes when crammed into a container. There is nobody with any number of years of experience packing for long-distance shipping who would send valuables in this condition. We thought maybe the email was sent on Friday but they planned to come back over the weekend to complete the job. This was *not* the case. By Saturday PM nothing had changed, and we did not want them touching any more of our belongings. We replied to the email summarizing what they claimed they did for us, including photos proving that it had not been done, and indicated that we do not believe they fulfilled the contract. Therefore they could keep our deposit, but we would not pay them any more than that. In response to this, Michelle insisted that their specialist felt this was the best way to package the items. She refused to speak to the fact that items reported to have been boxed were not in a box of any kind. She insisted shipping the large items with removable legs in place (and unprotected from scratches) was the way their company had done it for years. Given the time constraints, we had to pay another moving company to re-package the bicycles and the smaller items. We then had to arrange for a climate-controlled storage and paid to move the larger items there, because there was no longer time to crate them properly before the moving truck arrived. Despite these costs more than double the Wellrive bill, and their failure to provide any satisfactory explanation in response to our email, we continue to get harassing emails. First, she was encouraging us to just talk it out on the phone to justify their approach, then repeatedly sending a bill for the job they lied about completing. Do not use this company. Do not let anyone you know use this company.
