Just to put in perspective: it takes no more than 2 hours to get to Milwaukee from where I am. The number of items in question is no more than 2 hours - 1 hour to load, 1 hour to unload. So where's the other 3 hours coming into play? Not sure - their quote isn't itemized. But I didn't select them.

They carried dozens of heavy totes up from our downstairs and carefully packed dishware we were donating. They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house. I called for weeks trying to get a delivery time. The only response was 'well get back to you." When the driver called me, I found out he had loaded out a week before. Reynolds never called to tell me my stuff was on the way. Unload was mayhem. In the end, the laundry list of missing items and damage totaled over $3,500. My expensive insurance policy was worthless and worse was the response from Reynolds, "we're really sorry" but at least they did call me back when I reported the theft. Inspecting everything, it looked like it spent 1,000 miles on a pogo stick. So I'm SOL and everybody walks away with my stuff and my money. I made a poor choice for a moving company.

I gave them the error code I had received already and they told me what the issue was. However everything I had read on the code explained that my make/model can list it for several reasons. I got a quick return phone call stating it was that issue but I doubted their sincerity in diagnosing the issue. I decided to have it repaired at the dealership. With my over the phone description, the dealership also had it's doubts that the code was accurate. They would have to test a few things to be for sure. Also they called to tell me that the appointment I booked online could not be honored and left a vm. It asked my preferred method of contact and I said text message not phone call. I work 3rd shift and also have to call my inbox to retrieve messages. My previous vm app was discontinued and I am still looking for one I like. So they are by no means terrible but I would rather not risk my repairs with someone that I am not familiar with and is not completely transparent.

The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. Weird, right? He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture and that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, "oh, Tommy likes NASCAR, I should just take this". (Tommy is the owner of this company). This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed up in the morning didn't have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack and that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! Are you kidding me!? (If I find it I'm calling the cops!!!) When I told the employee that I had used this company before without any issues he asked when. I told him January of 2022. He said that the company was fine then, that there were 2 other owners then, Shaw and another guy but they split when Tommy started stealing money from the business to buy drugs. What is going on at this place??? On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary similar to this one. Several hours later I got a text from Tommy, the owner, saying, "Good evening. Ive been told you had a visit yesterday from josh. I had to let him go due to a number of different reasons please take anything he might of told you with a grain of salt , he is upset & out of control, He has been telling ppl lies and right now im trying to resolve the issue.Iv seen the review you left me it makes me furious! thats not the image I want for my company, Im willing to pay for any damages, please lmk thanks Thomas". We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didn't want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time, like I'd ever use them again, NO WAY!!! With all the damage they'd done and the insane visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding. I have since contacted my attorney. Lesson: Don't use this company!!! Terrible experience and if they break your stuff they won't pay to fix/replace it because they are too worried about making an insurance claim (or maybe buying drugs‍)
