Reservations were easy to make online and were confirmed quickly but beware that your confirmation email might get filtered into your spam folder which is what happened to mine. Our table was ready and waiting for us. We had the afternoon tea for three which included a varied selection of finger sandwiches, sweet treats, and scones. Two pots of tea are included and we chose the pudding tea and the gingerbread tea. Both teas were delicious and the gingerbread tea was nice in that it's caffeine free. All the food selections were fresh and fantastic. I would venture to say that I liked the food selections even more than at the previous location! While this new spot isn't as lavish as the golf resort it was previously at, the interior is still charming. Service was very friendly and we were checked on as needed.

Such a sweet place! First, the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. You won't find better…read morecustomer service. Second, there are different spaces with different vibes and they're all equally beautiful. I just asked for pink and flowers when I made my reservation and they really delivered. The space was perfect for me and my friends. The attention to detail is fantastic. There is so much whimsy in this place! I also love the fact that they have a collection of fancy hats you can borrow for the experience. It made it even more fun. You also get to pick your own tea pot and tea cup. From elegant florals to a cat or a panda tea pot, they have it all! The food was good and I appreciated that they had vegetarian options. The tea list is extensive and you can have as much as you want, and you can switch flavors as often as you'd like. They have several herbal options if you don't do caffeine. All in all, this is a really pretty tea room, you'll feel welcomed the minute you step in, and the experience is fantastic.

I don't believe they have any loose leaf teas which was disappointing. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty but very small and hardly any filling in them. The scones tasted store bought as well as a couple of the dessert items. I swear I've had something just like it from Trader Joe's--so that was disappointing. They offered crème fresh but no lemon curd. The service was not good. She was not attentive or timely with things. Communication was poor. I don't feel it's worth $55 plus they automatically include 20% gratuity even on a small party (we had 4 in our group). I don't think I'll be returning. This was my second time here. I prefer other Tea places in Arizona.

Great place to get tea. Wide selection. May seem pricey, however, when u compare the actual amount…read moreyou are getting for the price by weight and the quality of the tea it is reasonable. Everyone in the store is always so nice and accommodating, I have had some lovely chats with the staff. My favorite tea in the Prickly Pear Black Tea. Tastes wonderful hot or iced. Not over flavored or artificial tasting like some flavored teas you may have tried elsewhere. A perfect blend. Try it you'll like it! A true Arizona gem. The only slight issue with the store is that it is in the heart of the touristy area of Old Town Scottsdale, so finding parking anywhere near the store can be a frustration at peak times. I wish they had a couple dedicated grab and go spots out front. P.S. Another thing I love about this place is you can pick out any of their teas and they will brew you a cup which you can get hot or iced to try before you buy.

The store is a franchised chain and pricing is on the higher side for teas, spices, herbs, and seasonings. Service felt rather average. The interior is cute with merchandise organized in a logical manner. Personally, I would not return again as I have different tastes in what I'm looking for in teas and spices. However, it could be a decent spot for anyone who likes to try out unique blends.

Situated in a plaza near Flatiron Park in Apache Junction with plenty of parking on a weekend; this…read morecould be different if surrounding businesses are busy Monday - Friday. Very cozy cafe with bar seating, and other seating as well. This was a previous BBQ place, and I enjoy how they've redecorated. The theme of space/UFOs is both within the menu and little decor items across the shop. ** For your awareness, since relocating to Apache Junction, there is no longer a drive thru. Submitted a request to Yelp to update the description. What We Ordered: - Iced Zone of Silence ($9): My boyfriend's pick and from my small sip it tasted like a Mexican Mocha. He was thrilled they could accommodate decaffeinated espresso as he is sensitive to caffeine. As we left, he said that he'd definitely return and had another drink in mind to try next time. - Iced Superstition Gold ($9): My order as I love salted caramel, and I didn't realize they would smoke in front of you! I was so mesmerized that I didn't capture a photo while mine was crafted, but I did when someone else ordered one during our stay. Loved the bar concept so you could watch your drink crafted. I'd struggle to not order this drink every time to try something else as it was that good!!! While crafting this review, I'm finding myself desiring a coffee drink and may find myself there today as a fancy coffee is a Saturday must for me! Check this place out if you are in the area, and I have plenty of recommendations out this way near me. SYOY!

However, I was met and left with a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. The female employee (short hair/glasses) was not the friendliest person, even after I tried being overly nice. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just hates males in general but not a good representation of a place I was eagerly awaiting to try. I first asked if there was a difference in drinks from what was on the menu and up on the board above. She answered snarky, "if it's up on the board and on the menu it's the same" Mind you, one said latte and the other did not, hence the question. I opted with what I normally get. She took my order and then while looking down, stated, "2% milk okay" I said sure then asked if whole was available. You would've thought I had asked for her to go milk the cow and bring it back. She was very annoyed, so I said 2% is fine. I paid for my coffee then stood and watched her began preparing it. I saw her add one quick pump of syrup so I said, could I maybe have one more pump. Again, you would've thought I was about to suck them dry of all syrup. She seemed annoyed and looked at the register and began to say what I assume was they charge for extra, so I quickly said never mind. All in all I was disappointed with my interaction. The coffee was good and the wrap was okay but I dunno if I'd go back.
