We agreed to have him do the work. He let me know he was finishing another job and would be here in the late afternoon. He showed up and had already picked up the parts he might need. He had my car up off the ground, removed all four tires, and checked them. Checked brake pads, rotors, and connections he could see. He completed the work at about 9 pm. -From posting the request for repairs to finishing was in a 7-hour time frame! -I didn't need to drive to a repair shop. -He explained the process and handled my questions. -My cost was 50% less than what I was quoted at the local repair shops. -This was my first time using a mobile service for mechanical work. Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top. I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose. I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property. I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position. I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company.

Todd told me straight up that it's unlikely I need all replaced, and when he came to diagnose, he quickly observed that because I converted sprinkler to drip, I'm probably not using all zones. This is someone I can trust to not oversell me on services I don't need. He came yesterday to fix my system, and explained what he was doing so that I could understand how to better maintain my valves. He repaired 1 valve and replaced 1 valve for less than $200.
