You are a dishonest person! I have/will always pay for a job done in hopes that you would honor your work. I did not notice the trim was missing at the time since I was out in my patio cleaning up your mess since you did not. Also the toilet was not used for 24 hours after it was installed so I would not have known about the issue. I never mentioned a loose toilet seat, ridiculous! Then I see you advertise you charge $50.00 an hour but you charged me $650.00 for less than 3 hours ! For unfinished and unusable work that now has to be redone. Dmytro Buhanov did an amazing job in helping me take down my unused satellite dish from my roof (thanks to my HOA enforcing this rule all of a sudden). They answered every question I asked and didn't leave any detail undiscussed prior to even showing up on day 1. We had a leaking shower and leaking caulking. Dmytro returned our request for services very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and we scheduled repairs within a few days. He was very responsive to any questions I had and concerns. When he arrived for the appointment, he went right to work. He informed us of the work he was doing as he went, and showed great patience as we are not professionals. Hired to do some sheetrock work and install and paint some cabinets. Contract was for labor and materials. He stated he had all tools to do the job. He provided receipts as he worked on the project. I noticed right away there were a lot of tools including a paint sprayer included with materials. I didn't say anything waiting to see if he was going to try to charge me. He did try!! I made him take charges for tools (including a broom!) off prior to paying. There was an issue with the opening in the wall where the cabinets were going. When we told him how the cabinets were to be placed he got angry and wanted more money before he would continue working on the wall. I had sent him this information prior to him sending the contract. He acknowledged the change. He initially wanted $1,000. When I asked why so much since we were paying for materials, he said I had to pay for his "inconvenience." We finally settled on $600, even though I felt we didn't owe more. He didn't use any plastic to try to shield the dust coming from walls/sheetrock and now we have it ground into our LVP floors. Bottom line, they were dishonest and sloppy. Now the Yelp guarantee...it is worthless so don't let it influence who you hire. read more
