Some batteries last as long as they are represented to last but many fail within a year or two. Responsiveness for service calls is poor. Technicians arrive without all of the parts needed for the service call requiring a return trip and extra costs. The proposal process is mostly OK but takes a long time. The basic contract is somewhat cumbersome but in the future, if you want to add a piece or two to the system, you have to start the service contract from scratch. My overall assessment is that Deep Valley doesn't care about your time and that it's fine to waste it. I suggest reader spend the time to find another way to meet their security objectives and avoid exorbitant parts and monthly costs.
