If you must, only send out the cards that you don't care if it get lost or low value. This is my experience with Gamestop PSA submission. I submitted 15 total time in the 1 years period, out of those 15 submission I already deal with 3 lost submitted order. Jan 18 2025 ( 3 lost submit ) Jan 18 2025 ( 1 lost submit ) and March 2025 ( 2 lost submit ). That total of 6 lost cards that was submit to PSA!! This lost submission was magically disappeared from Fedex to PSA. The Gamestop customer care doesn't give the two shit about your missing cards. They will reimburse you with the lowest value of your cards or give you credit to use toward Gamestop. What a joke of a company. I let it go for 2 missing order without complaining. After, this third missing order and I also have one more submitted order on April 2025. Hope that doesn't do the Houdini on me. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH GET YOUR DAMN ACT TOGETHER!! Plus they try and push their own product called Vaulted Rarity which is just repacked cards with crappy value,etc . Also, if you try and turn in cards for store credit or if you dare cash value, you're going to majorly ripped off and get a small percentage of what it's worth. I've also ran into a lot of toxic customers here during gaming tournaments not really abnormal for the card gaming community but expect to have them do nothing if issues occur. Parking is not wonderful either with either small parking spaces, illegal parking behind othe cars during release weekends and people racing through the parking lot. If you want to not experience being ripped off, bad customer service, and be in a welcoming environment.... I would recommend going to Harveys in Rohnert Park.

This time we visit Retroactive because I was in search for some games for my Nintendo DS lite. I found 2 games and I was so happy. The price was reasonable and i love it.
