So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. I did buy it in the winter which is understandable but I called the owner to try and figure it out and he stated that he tested it in the garage (during the winter). So I don't think that would be an accurate testing plus to add onto that, make sure that you can get the AC warranty if you decide to come here (don't recommend doing so anyway). Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place. I'm genuinely upset because this could've been avoided if they would inspect their vehicles better. But that's just me I guess.

When received car - have since been told there is no built in navigation system and I have to pay a monthly subscription fee to use navigation. Sales person admits to providing the wrong information. Using prior owners account to access navigation system when demonstrating use. Have asked for resolution from company. Offered to cover 1 year of subscription. Will keep car much longer than 1year. Cost of adding navigation system is between $5,000-6,000. Have opened complaint through Toyota customer service. Have called for follow up approximately 6 times and told I will receive call back from manager, and manager has never returned call. I called dealership myself and asked to talk with manager who was not available, and was told he (Matt) will call me back and he has not. Sold by giving false information from dealership.
