Tom Daves, of ExP Realty, is excellent at advertising. Follow up is an entirely different story. I phoned him twice. Each time I left a message that no one responded to. I phoned again and actually spoke with Tom Daves. He took the property address, my number, and said he'd call me back. I called again and got the voicemail again. I called a 5th time and reached one of his colleagues. The guy took my number, the property address , and said he'd call me back. Four months and 5 calls later--still not a peep from this "magnificent" sales guy or anyone else from ExP Realty. I sold the property--without Tom's help. So his grade "F". I will NEVER, ever refer TOM or any company he is part of. The treatment was beyond horrible. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Maybe they looked up my property and decided it wasn't even worth a call back. If so, that is more than shameful. Karma is amazing Mr. Daves--you will know it when you feel It. Justly earned!!! We contacted Tom Daves to sell our current home. He arrived early and said he couldn't stay long (til our appointment time for my wife to arrive), constantly got distracted by texts or phone calls, and applied medium pressure (not high pressure to sign the contract). He named dropped, seemed constantly distracted, and not "present in our meeting". My wife gave in and signed since he had the clause "cancel anytime". We gave our housekeys to him. We choose to cancel the contract. He accepted and asked why which I told him and said he would have our keys dropped off early next week. Next week was last week and we didn't have our keys. I was about to contact him. But on Saturday, I moved our doormat and found them with a post it note with our address on it. No doorbell was rung. No email was sent. No phone call. No text message to let us know. There is no excuse for this. This is gross negligence and unprofessional. This could have very easily had a different outcome. Someone takes our keys, uses them to open our door, the alarm would have sounded as the person doesn't know the disarm code, steal our stuff (or assault us). The police would have said there was no obvious signs of break in. And you, Tom Daves, would be liable for any damage, lost property, and rekeying the locks. Tom Daves is unprofessional and should not be in business. I have updated our contract cancellation for Tom Daves, you are FIRED! read more

In the end 2019 I took Tom Daves as a real estate agent to sell our home. Upon meeting him he told me he could sell my home within 30 days and all his homes sell for list. Well as most of his claims I found out that was NOT true. In the process of selling my home he set up viewings and nothing happened He did take the time to film a short video NOT to help us sell our home but to let everyone know he buys homes so the video was for his own personal gain!!! it took Tom about 5 months to even sell our home and it was far from list 60k lower then originally projected. With and buy other agents that would bring there boyfriends along to sit with them at viewings some didn't even have the proper identification that they actually worked for him. During my time with Tom as my agent it was the most stressful time period of my life having to sell your home you put your faith in someone to take care of these things to get your home sold not only call you when he needs you to drop the price to make it easier so he can get a commission!!! it wasn't until I reached out to Zillow that gave me an offer did he all of a sudden have someone that could buy it for the exact amount Zillow offered!!! claiming thats all the person has to spend. Since my house was sold on January of 2020 until now just a few days ago it went on the market for only 15day that house is now pending at 729500 please tell me how it was so easy for another real estate company to sell it so quickly while Tom Daves who claims that he can sell homes for list in 30 days and has been in the Real estate business for years and years couldn't even come close to even helping us at all I cant tell people this enough He didn't help us he collected a commission that wasn't earned!!!
