Steve told me to come by today and he would be able to replace the battery for me in 15 minutes himself. He's pleasant. This jewelry store has some of the most beautiful sapphire and diamond jewelry I have seen among other stores. Their variety is expansive and extensive. I was able to get the battery replaced, but they were not able to get the crystal or back resealed, so it's currently not considered waterproof. Have to limit any splash on it, and obviously cannot immerse in any water until it's taken to the factory location. Service is very good.
