He walks up to us, chewing on his fingers while trying to talk to us. We immediately begins typing the invoice saying that "customer is aware all sales are final, no refunds" when he had not told us this. Three young girls walk by us, and all the attention to us is gone. He is completely focused on them, extremely perverted. The furniture was attempted to be delivery 2 times, both times with same issues. I then asked to return the items and get a refund. It has been over 2 1/2 weeks for the refund. First the refund was not submitted, then my card has supposedly expired, not the case. Now I have to drive to the store 1/2 hours each way, about 20 miles one way, to swipe my card to get the refund processed. I would never buy from them again
