I wish i could give 0 star. DO NOT buy any product from this store. I bought a ski binding from…read morethis store, and plastic bags for screw / binding parts were delivered as torn open. There was a greasy chemical applied on one of the binding part, and one of the screws was missing. I called the store and asked for refund because this is definitely not a new product and defective product given one of screws was missing. The store representative said this is definitely a new product even if packagings are open. Also it is my fault for not being able to find a screw because screw must be inside of package. I explained i examined the box very thoroughly and the missing screw is not there. However, he said it must be there, and it is my problem for not being able to find it. He stated that i have to pay for the return shipping because there is absolutely nothing wrong with this product and this is a brand new product. The worst customer service I have ever received. Strongly advise not to buy any product from this store unless you want no customer service. Of note, i left similar review on instagram and facebook, and they blocked my account. I would not trust their positive reviews on those social media because they are blocking anyone who leaves bad comments about them.

We drove 45 minutes to a closed location that was never indicated during the conversation. Calling again to verify location, and stressing the need for these pieces and that we had another 30 minutes ahead of us, Andrea had no empathy to remain open atleast a couple of minutes. She continued to say we close at 7 and disregarded the fact that she and her employee caused some of this confusion by not disclosing that their previous location is closed. Her lack of empathy and taking some responsibility tells me she should not be a leader of this store or any at this time. If the item was not needed in an emergency uniform requirement, we would not have even tried to make it as I do not spend money where people have no understanding or desire to admit responsibility and do something to make things right.
