Cute gift shop with very friendly service and a nice assortment of gifts! We left with a few different reed diffusers which they kindly wrapped with a bow for us.

This is a pretty cute store offering "local" items located within Pike Place market. They have plenty of other locations located within malls around the area. Their prices are high in comparison to the products they sell. In other words, the items are of low value. However, if you are looking to gift someone something that is "local", this may be your best option. I do recommend searching for the item on Amazon or at a local Fred Meyer first, because they sometimes have it there were well for cheaper.

"Made in Washington" is one of the stores that I often send out-of-town guests or people seeking locally made products. They are the one-stop-shop for a wide selection of non-food and food products. Their selections are high quality across the board. From ready-to-travel salmon packs, Market Spice teas/coffees/spices, Seattle Chocolates, etc. to hand-blown glass Christmas globes, "Hello Chalo" travel and lifestyle gift items, and custom art gift ware that are unique. My favorite is a selection of items (bags, coasters, tea towel, etc.) that are re-imagined from Van Gogh's Starry Night to include the Seattle Skyline. It's quite creative. They also offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95. It's an inexpensive way to ship gifts or get all your purchases home without packing them into your luggage.

I loved this store. The sales associate was very friendly and accommodating. The store is filled with of locally made and locally inspired items that are fun and unique. There was lots of hand blown glass, housewares, smoked salmon, specialty foods, spices, wine and typical tourist items. They also had a beautiful selection of items that you can put together to create a custom gift basket. They were running a $4.99 shipping special that included an unlimited amount of items. It is a nice option for people who are traveling and do not want to pack purchases in their luggage.

This store is perfect for scooping up souvenirs for your family and friends. I found magnets, postcards, stickers, chocolate, wallets, etc. It made it easy to buy everything at once instead of looking at multiple shops around Pike Place. There was one worker at the time and she was very helpful and gave good recommendations when it came to picking out gifts. I brought back plenty of Mint Chip Truffle bars and they were a hit!

They have a cute selection of souvenirs, chocolates and snacks the cashier says were all made by Washington businesses and residents, hence the store name "Made in Washington". It's always good to support local businesses and the local economy. The staff here was great and the lady who helped me was so kind and informative. I can't speak for the chocolates and souvenirs there, what I really liked and bought several of were the dog buttons that support the local animal shelter. If I could, I would've bought all of them but I had to narrow it down to four and I chose the ones that reminded me most of my sweet dog.

Another shop that you would not want to miss when you are around Pike. This place was renovated and the lighting is so much better. They have a lot of souvenirs, gift items, chocolates, nuts, tea, smoked salmon to offer that you can't find in any other stores. Looking for locally made products that are fancy and pricey? This is the place to go.

The perfect shop for all your Seattle tourist souvenir needs! Located at Pike Place Market on Post Alley. It's right across the Pike Place Chowder. I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews because I loved this shop! I stopped by multiple times on our visit just to get "Seattle Chocolates" (brand) which is sold in bars, individually wrapped, and packaged individually wrapped pieces for gifts. These chocolates are SO GOOD and everyone I gifted them to loved them! I regret not buying more! There are so many different, unique flavors to try. Buying the small individual ones are a good way to try them all. One small piece is 45 cents, bars are about $4-5. On top of the Seattle chocolates, there's Washington coffee (of course), teas, beer, wine, post cards, salmon, glass art, bath and body products. I really enjoyed browsing the huge selection of Washington exclusive gifts! I think it's around $5 to ship whatever you buy! Unfortunately alcohol isn't allowed to be shipped. Encountered welcoming, friendly customer service during each visit! This is definitely a must visit if you're looking to purchase souvenirs!

This is the first review I have ever posted to yelp--that is how happy I am with the service provided by the staff of this establishment. Searching for the elusive "Jewish Wisdom Ball" as a humorous gift for my 92 year-old father (who fortunately needs nothing), it was out of stock everywhere, until it showed up on the gift shop website, on sale no less. I placed my order and crossed my fingers. Within 48 hours I received a cheery message wishing me a "Happy Hanukkah", confirming shipping and actually apologizing for not having mailed it faster in the midst of the busy holiday season! I have since had occasion to contact them again and they are always prompt, professional and courteous. The gift shop is in Seattle while I live in Illinois, yet they treat me as though I am an old friend or longtime congregation member who has been walking through their doors often over the years. Based on this positive experience I intend to continue to support them with future purchases where appropriate. They are the sort of people we need more of in the world today and I can't thank them enough for the manner in which they do their jobs.

It was fascinating to watch the vendors setting up their shops, and the market was much less crowded. By around 10:00 AM, the hustle and bustle really picked up, and the market became packed with visitors. There is so much to see, smell, and experience here. The colorful displays of fresh flowers were stunning, and the aroma of fresh produce, baked goods, coffee, and food from the many eateries filled the air. Every corner seemed to offer something new to discover, whether it was local fruits and vegetables, unique shops, coffee spots, or delicious places to grab a bite. One of the best things about Pike Place Market is its location. It's right next to the Gum Wall and only a quick stroll to the Seattle Aquarium, making it easy to visit several iconic Seattle attractions in one outing. Be sure to wander beyond the main market area. We found some incredible views overlooking Elliott Bay, and on a clear day, you can even catch a breathtaking glimpse of Mount Rainier in the distance. Between the vibrant atmosphere, amazing food, beautiful flowers, and waterfront views, Pike Place Market was one of our favorite experiences in Seattle. The sights, smells, and endless food options made wandering around completely worth it. And all the little gift ideas from all the vendors. Our favorite spot is to watch the seafood areas, throw fish around and chant while they do so. It's such a staple to see this in action when you're visiting Pike place market. Don't forget to look for all of the pigs in the market area. There's one that's hiding somewhere and then there's two that sit on the corner right in front of the fish market area. I always suggest going in hungry and just trying different foods from different areas because all the food there are a delicious. This small little area connects you down to the waterfront which has the aquarium. Beware of those stairs as they can get tiresome. I kind of thought you could buy most essentials at the airport, but it turns out children's shoes are not a typical travel need, at least when they aren't being worn by traveling children. Fireworks did carry children's slippers, which caught my eye as I passed, as well as a nice assortment of unique, crafty toys and gifts. Unfortunately, my five-year-old followed me into the store and zeroed in on a tiny, colorful finger puppet in the shape of a parrot. He asked me to buy it for him, and I declined, telling him we weren't getting a souvenir before we even left the airport. He was upset by this to the point of tears, but I managed to get us out of there. We had a wonderful time in Seattle, and to his credit, the five-year-old behaved well the whole trip (and the two-year-old got new shoes). When I saw Fireworks Gallery again by our departure gate, I decided at the last possible second to stop in and get him the parrot. It was one of several Folkmanis finger puppets in a wire basket. I picked it up along with a bunny rabbit and went to check out. There was a short line at the register--I guess this shop gets decent traffic--and by the time I was up, my husband was calling to tell me we were boarding. This is how I paid $36.36 for two finger puppets that cost $10 apiece online. Fireworks got me good, but my boys do love their little puppets, which are soft and cute and well made. The wares here are definitely nicer and less generic than at your average airport store. It might cost you, though, if you wander in there with your kids.

The panoramic views of Seattle, Puget Sound, the bay, and the surrounding mountains were incredible, and we spent plenty of time taking photos from every angle. Watching the city streets more than 600 feet below while slowly rotating around the tower was both thrilling and fascinating.
