This store is located on Pier 55. It's a huge souvenir and gift shop store. Among all the shops in the pier, they had the best inventory, prices and deals in my opinion. The store is spacious with several sections based on products like apparels, mugs, tumblers, toys, stickers, key rings, name boards, postcards and many other accessories. They had couple of massive walls of magnets. I also saw World Cup 26 items as Seattle is one of the host cities. There were many good deals at the store like 2 t-shirts for $23, 3 magnets for $18, 2 tumblers for $45, 2 hoodies for $35, 2 mugs for $18 and 2 shot glasses for $9. There were couple sales and discounts sections as well. We bought a picture frame and a magnet from the store. Prices were decent. At pier 55, you will find one of the locations to this popular touristic shop. They do carry a little bit of everything from hats, shirts, sweaters, kids sizes, keychains, etc The store itself is well organized and kept very neat. Staff were friendly and approachable as well. I was able to buy a few shirts off their special. They even have bundles with a hat and shirt included. Overall, a very quick but fulfilling visit for me as tourist. read more

There are so many souvenir shops in Seattle, including along the Pier, but this one stands out in terms for quality, price, tidiness, organization, and friendliness of the staff! The counter person today was especially welcoming, genuinely greeting every person entering the shop, and showing real interest and attention to my when I checked out! This is my favorite souvenir shop in Seattle. I went to a few other ones but I found this one to have a better variety of items and for cheaper prices. The girl at the register was so friendly and she made conversation with us. I fell in love with the burgundy Seattle sweater she had on so I knew I had to buy it. She also told us to check out their second store by the pike place market but I liked this location better. I went about 3 times while I was in Seattle and it was never too full, there was never a line at the register which was nice in case you are in a hurry. I bought so many items and I didn't go over my souvenir budget. I recommend this souvenir shop to anyone going to Seattle and looking to buy awesome gifts to fake back home. read more

I went looking for shirts for myself and my family. Found sweatshirts at a decent price. Went on line. Another person was taken before me. Then I had to exchange a shirt for the correct size (stuff isn't sized correctly and I didn't check prior to hoping on line). Then I had to wait for the cashier to bag it because she took yet another person. Then I asked for a receipt (I think I was over charged) and she said it was in the bag. It was not. Watch your receipts. They say things are for sale, but when the items are rung up they come up full price. They refuse refunds if you do not have the items with you even though we had a reciept with the items and sku numbers. Also, showed them the same exact items we bought with the same sku numbers.
