In town from NC for a family wedding, 18 weeks pregnant and needed an adjustment. Called 6 other places with either no answer or no availability for the next 2 weeks. Dr Smith's reception were very polite and friendly, and able to get me in the same day! Didn't spend any time in the waiting room really at all. Got evaluated by Doc, went straight to the hydro massage table, then to the massage therapist, then did my adjustment and I was on my way! Can't thank Dr Smith and his team enough! read more

Very confused by the other review because it is the only one but it talks about "the other reviews"... I also wonder if they are reviewing the wrong place because anytime I have ever called Dr Smith's office I've talked to someone (not an automated service) and they've been helpful and kind. It also seemed weird that anyone would have to repeatedly call and request a bill. I've never had to beg anyone to request payment for anything. At any rate, doc smith (as everyone I know calls him) is always helpful and kind and willing to do all he can to help out. The office staff is helpful and gets us in quickly when I call. read more

Doctor Smith was able to stop a spasm in my face after one adjustment (and two follow ups). It could have meant PCP visits, radiation, neurological exams and thousands of dollars. But Dr. Smith knew just what to do. I highly recommend him! read more

The rudest business I've ever dealt with. My wife and children had been in a car accident and were needing to be seen by a chiropractor. So we looked up local people to try and give local businesses our money. From the start they were okay and seemed to be receptive to the issues and concerns we had given my families injuries. Off the bat they recommended an attorney to us in order to cover the medical portion of the claim. We did that and the attorney which I won't mention has been awesome. My wife and one of my children were seen there from October through the end of December. We have been in contact with the attorney and they have been waiting since December to get the bill to them so we can get all of this taken care of. The attorneys office kept saying they weren't receiving anything from them but we would give it a little longer and see what's going on. So weekly we would try to call and see how everything was going, but between going to some automated voicemail dialer every time to getting ahold of the rude staff it just get like we were never getting anywhere. In a span of a month and a half we called an estimated 15 times but only got through on 2 of those 15 calls. And when we did the desk person was very rude. When I finally got to talk to the doctor he rushed me off the phone and stated they were "trying to get stuff together so it would all be right" while I appreciate the thoroughness it seemed that almost two months since the last visit was within an ample amount of time to get all the stuff together to send to the attorney. On top of never really getting ahold of them without having to battle with them days at a time this was very inconvenient. So the doctor said that if it wasn't done by the end of the week last week that it would be sent for sure Monday the following week. So here it is the end of the day on Monday and I reached out to them one last time in order to confirm the paperwork had been sent to our attorney. When the lady first answered the phone she had a snarky irritated voice from the get. I simply and politely asked if the paperwork had been sent over to the attorney just because we are trying to stay on top of these things. She said "excuse me but have YOU called the attorneys office and spoke with them" I stated that last I talked to them they hadn't received it. She then said "well how about you call them first instead of calling here and asking me". Astonished by what I just heard I asked her to repeat herself and by that time she said "BYE" in a very condescending voice and hung up the phone. I was very shocked to be talked to this way by a local business in a small town. Because word spreads quick and looking at some other reviews we aren't the only ones that had issues with this place. I wanted to wish this place the best and compliment them on their "small town pride" but this place has none of that. Needless to say we will never recommend this place to anyone and hopefully they start treating their clients right. Otherwise they are going to be out of business pretty quick, how they've lasted as long as they have is mind boggling. If I could give this place zero stars I would but the least I can give is 1.
