We were turned down by a more expensive (self-proclaimed) landscaping company due to the job being too labor-intensive. Chris didn't blink an eye at the size of the job and doesn't mind doing it in sections. He has finished the first of many projects being the building a retaining wall. It's not just a plain wall. It's beautiful what he's done. His crew are awesome and nice guys. They are respectful of my property and are happy to explain anything I had questions about. Chris was always available to take my call if I had concerns but I didn't usually have to call him because even as the owner, he was usually right there working with the crew.

The guards they installed are top of the line mesh. The team that did the install were polite and professional, all the way down to leaf blowing the work area to leave it cleaner than they found it. When they finally did decide to show up it was with day laborers to boot who were being trained on our roof! They failed to tell us that when they put the roof on. This job looked horrible. They used short cuts for end pieces by just bending other pieces, They nailed metal end pieces on top of the wood shingles instated of underneath them. They came and went without even letting us know if and when they would be back to finish. They advertise on their website that they are authorized installers for Union Corrugated metal roofs and when we called the company because th.e job was so bad the manufacturer told us they were not authorized to sell and install their product. When the owner of the company came out to look at the work made us feel like we were being a difficult customer until he informed us it wasn't Union Corrugated at all. Than his attitude changed real fast. They used Fabral when the contract we signed listed Union Corrugated would be used. (breach of contract). They finally came back out with his commercial workers to re-install the roof but it still looks like crap. This was a $15,000 lesson learned the hard way. They also tried to force us to pay the balance before the job was even finished. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company for roofing.

There were three days where we waited for him all day only to find out that he wasn't coming at all. A four-day job ended up taking seven days. This was a huge lack of respect for me and my time. He also sanded drywall over three days without remediation--no tarps or barriers. When he was gone, I had to hire a professional cleaner to fix his mess. Mike and his crew do good work if you are willing to put up with his lousy time management skills and his lack of remediation.

We have requested several times for a solution to this, was told they would be back several times but have never showed. This has now been two months with no response from the contractor.

They just gave us a number and said this is our price. Take it or leave it. Mike showed up within 24 to 48 hours of our initial contact. He was very polite and professional. He really did his best to understand the scope of our project and what we wanted. In addition to asking about our budget. He provided us with three options with tiered pricing. Allowing us to trim and adjust as needed. He started the day he quoted us and finished within the 2 to 3 week timeframe we were given. He laid cardboard out throughout the house to protect our flooring. When he was done, they cleaned up everything nicely. Communication was excellent. We are extremely happy with the results. John & his company did the roof repair on the house I currently rent! The roof looked fantastic…read more However, he did not advise to remove anything including my vehicle from the garage. While cutting a hole into the garage ceiling (without my knowledge of this happening), the wood fell down and damaged my vehicle. When he was contacted about this, he chose to ignore me and refused to give his insurance information. Even during a phone call when he was informed that it was being recorded, he hung up on me after I informed him my brand new vehicle had damages. Will absolutely not recommend them to anyone, and I have heard nothing but horrible things since mentioning the incident to others.
