Shouldn't have the doors open if you don't want customers. On my last visit I was paying for my rental when a customer called asking them to wait for them to arrive because they were delayed by a traffic accident and was going to arrive at 1:10 and the close at 1:00 on Saturday, after the person that answered the phone asked everyone if they wanted to wait for this customer and they all said no, they said they couldn't help if they didn't arrive by 1.

It's was not even the right address. Needless to say they run a hot mess business. They dude who called Daniel (he said I'm calling the owner when he walked away) which is who my husband talk to the first time and had it reserved with. I would not recommend this company at all. It appeared that it showed that they had this tubing in assorted sized in individually wrapped pieces and said ready for pickup in store today. I jumped in the car and drove the 13 miles only to be greeted with a blank stare from the girl that I asked. She said "no, they don't have anything like that". I told her I looked it up on line and was told it was available. She said, I'm sorry, but we don't have it. Well, there goes an hour from my day that I'll never see again. Ace has a habit of overselling and promoting items that they do not have at stores, within a reasonable drive. i would like them to at least check their inventory against what they are advertising and at least, try and make it an accurate guess.
