For starters this place is way overpriced. I payed $50 for a gel manicure. My nails chipped the next day and over all are nothing over the top or special to look at. When I told the girl how I liked my nails cut and shaped it was like a chore for her. I'll never go back . This salon has steadily gone downhill. So disappointing. I got a gel manicure less than two weeks ago. The woman who did my nails had no idea what she was doing--she didn't even know how to turn on the machine! Other women on the salon's staff had to show her! My manicure was a rippled and bubbly mess and didn't last 9 days when it started chipping. Today, I went again to give the salon another chance. When I saw that the woman who usually does my nails (and does a good job!) was not there, I said I would come back another day but the man who sends people to the chairs told me that another woman who was very good at gel manicures would do my nails. I agreed to stay. The woman started my nails and halfway through went to do someone else's nails and left me with someone else. I stopped the appointment, got up and left (after paying, of course). TERRIBLE!! The service, the job they did, the pricing! Everything is just horrible. I wish I could give this place 0 stars but I can't! My friend and I walked there after school to get our nails done and they were so so so rough when doing my pedicure. She started digging into my the side of my nail and I started bleeding so bad and the lady didn't even say anything. The water that my feet were in was filling with blood and she still proceeded to use that water. It was disgusting!! I was literally soaking in blooWhen I went over for the manicure, I had gel nail polish on my nails and she started to use nail polish remover on my nails, so I told her it was gel and that the nail polish remover wouldn't work, and she says "that's not gel" and she proceeds to use the nail polish remover. When the gel wouldn't come off, she goes, "oh" and then just paints my nails, OVER THE GEL. She didn't even take it off. The gel nail polish was still on my nails when she was painting them. My nails looked terrible and they charged me 49 dollars!! So over priced! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!!! read more

Horrible. I have been going here for awhile, but two weeks ago got my pedicure and now I have peeling, irritated skin around my toes and have to see a dr for it. It looks like a skin eating fungus. When the girl was doing my pedicure she looked at another technician and they said something in Spanish and she looked at the tool she was using and put it down. I'm disgusted. I'm so upset! I'm in pain. I will never go here again and urge you not to as well. read more

Great nail salon. It is clean and everyone is very friendly. They give great neck massage. The only complaint i have is that you have to leave a cash tip, but I just moved here recently and that is a new thing for me. Other than that their prices are very reasonable and they do a fabulous job for pedicure, manicure and shelac. read more

Wanted to try a new salon... I'm sorry I picked this one! Both the manicure & pedicure were terrible. Toenails were cut unevenly, the tips of the toenail were not painted at all. The manicure was just as bad. Don't waste your money here. read more

Madison Nails is by far the BEST salon ever. I've been to nail salons all over the country including NYC (supposedly, the best) and they can't compare to the service provided. None better!!! Trust me - go for the SPA Pedi w/the nails at no charge. You'll want to walk out only to walk in again for more. read more

Reliable & easy! I'm always a walk in at peak times (Saturday or Sunday 1 pm) & typically have 10 minute wait but also frequently taken right away. 9 out of 10 pedicure technicians are fantastic. Couple who own/run salon are organized & efficient if not overly friendly. Great experience! read more

A co-worker told me about this salon last year and I like it. I just do pedicures here so can't comment on manicures, but it's a good place for a basic pedicure and not too expensive ($20 for a pedicure.) The main reason I like it is it's convenient. I have never called for an appointment, just walked in. Never had to wait more than 15, 20 minutes and usually not even that. Some of the nail people do a better job than others but to me, the walking in is more important than getting a specific person. Not fancy but they do a good job in general. read more

This is my go-to nail place - they take you quickly & the place has one of the owners on hand at all times, tidying up the place, tending to it with care. I like the efficiency. They use new sanitized packets of tools and it feels good to know they do a one-time use for each person. Today, I had an especially wonderful experience with a lovely technician, Maria. I'd hurt my nail earlier, bent it back beneath the line - you know how it is - and explained that to her before we even began. She was SO gentle & kind. She noticed my every grimace - like when the remover burned & instead gently took off remaining polish with an emery board. She didn't want it to hurt - at first thinking glue might help but then deciding, no, because the skin was exposed. It was customer service that I truly appreciated and I will ask for her when I go back. read more

This salon has unfortunately gone steadily downhill. It used to be fairly clean with fairly good service. It has become increasingly dirty - grubby equipment, dust and stains everywhere, dirty chairs, basins, tables, etc. if you don't specifically ask for new files, buffers and such they will reuse both the metal instruments and emery boards without sterilization. When you ask they roll their eyes .... The quality of mani/pedis has also declined. The majority of the women who had some longevity are gone with the inattentive and sloppy replacements mentioned in the prior reviews now the norm. There is little English spoken - but as someone else noted, the ownership and staff should be aware that much of the chatter is indeed understood by customers. All of my manis and pedis of late have been gloppy, bubbled, messy and short lived. In fact, after a recent gel mani lasted only 3 days before peeling I requested a credit on the next service only to be berated by the owner. I will not return. I have found a newer, fresher, cleaner alternative (of the many in the area) where the staff seems interested in doing a professional job. read more

I went here for the first time today.They did a great job on my nails, I cant complain about that. But the service towards the end was pretty bad. The woman who did my nails took my debit card off the table without even asking if it was mine/if i was using it... then she swiped it and once she saw that i didnt have a cash tip (i was planning on putting the tip on my card) she started to get nasty. She then proceeded to say "theres a ATM machine right there..." And pointed to the ATM machine next to me. I asked her if i could put it on my card and she just stared at me in silence and then asked me "how much i was planning on tipping her" When I said "3 dollars," she rolled her eyes and just continued to stare sovl I awkwardly decided to finally get some money out of the ATM (that has a 2.00 surcharge..) I took a 20 out and asked her for change and she handed me back a ten and two fives. Seems like she really wanted that tip. It was just really tacky, and a bad ending to my experience there and to be honest I probably wont go back there again. and if I do, ill be sure she is not the one to do my nails. read more

the atmosphere is great. theresa did my color gels and she did a great job. everyone is friendly and the customers were all socializing with eachother even though they just met. i'd definitely recommend! i was able to get $5 off my color gels and i heard them negotiate on the phone if you do same day appts if they are not too busy. read more
