I finally got through and was able to make an appointment. I had purchased a Groupon deal. I went there at the time of my appointment and there was only one attendant and a customer present. Upon arrival, I was greeted and I informed the attendant that I was there for my gel manicure appointment. She politely, stated for me to take a seat and that my nail technician will be out to do my nails. My nail technician was polite and took her time. There wasn't a lot of colors to choose from, but I found one that was close to what I wanted. She did a great job on my nails. The hand massage was not the best. After my nails were done, I went to the checkout desk to show my voucher. The attendant informed me that I have to pay $6.00 more (in addition to the Groupon voucher). I come here for powder dip SNS. I always have a different tech do it and it always comes out equally beautiful. The techs are meticulous and my nails look perfect every time. Just to update my last review and give feedback on the response to fungal growth under my nails. As the owner confirmed, water had gotten in and I'd had the tips on too long. He said that's why he had mentioned that they don't do fillings when i made my previous appointment for the filling. But then he called back after mentioning they didn't do them because one of the women that worked there said she could do it. I didn't know that it was a matter of nail heath and not a matter of capability or just wanting customers to book the more expensive service. Fillings are slightly cheaper, but they're close enough to the price of a fresh install that I would've just got a new set completely had I'd known. In any event, they took care of me and removed the tips, filed my nails, and applied anti-fungal. After filing, the fungus wasn't as much as it appeared to be. I already told myself before going to get those nails treated that I would switch out my tips every 3 weeks from now on. The owner said the same thing when he was advising me on preventing this from happening again. Get a new set every 2 weeks, 3 weeks max. I've only had tips maybe a dozen times throughout the years so keeping a fresh set on a regular basis is new to me and I'm still learning. The soaking instructions he gave were similar to what I'd seen online. There are some days I opted to do some anti fungal nail drops I bought instead of soaking for the sake of time on work days which is why while greatly improved, the 2 nails that mainly had fungus are still a slight tinge of brownish green. I'm going to soak daily through the rest of the week and continue with the nail drops but I don't plan on covering my nails with anything til at least the 3rd week of September. I still recommend this place. Clean and professional and they do good work while offering the nontoxic products I prefer. I stumbled upon here thanks to Groupon, I will admit 'organic' caught my eye. I called when I was in the area doing errands and was luckily able to schedule an appointment almost right away. Got the SNS dipping powder manicure and an herbal deluxe pedicure. The ambiance inside isn't all that great, they can use a bit of an update but I loved the results of the pedicure and manicure. The SNS dipping powder manicure stayed on for weeks and the pedicure was really relaxing. The spa pedicure has all sorts of scents but I ended up picking the bridal bouquet as it had my 2 favorite scents combined - rose and lavender! The process is: soak, exfoliate, soothe, massage and hydrate. It was so relaxing and smelled heavenly. Love that they use organic products here and nail polishes that are less toxic. The staff is super friendly and did a great job. I would definitely come back here again. read more

Really amazing pedicure! I purchased a Groupon for the herbal spa pedicure, and it was exactly what I needed after a rough week. This included extensive massage, lavender/chamomile scrub and lotion, oil, and hot stones. I felt incredibly relaxed in my massage chair without a care in the world! There are pros and cons to this salon, but the pros outweigh the cons for me. Cons: *It's very outdated. Many things seem old, like the towels they use under your feet, the lighting, big bulky air conditioner. It still has a cute charm to it though. *The prices are pretty much reasonable, but it would be even more reasonable if the salon was updated. Part of the *spa* experience is having a nice ambiance - which, this salon is lacking. Pros: *VERY CLEAN! Even when COVID wasn't lurking around, I've always searched for salons that are incredibly clean because dealing with people's feet can spread infections and I'm not here for it. But THIS PLACE, just wow. I am so impressed. They have the shields between you and the nail technician AND the person next to you. You're basically in a box, but that's fine with me. I watched after how they Lysol literally everything. Makes me happy to see. *They use one time disposable nail files and anything else that's metal is sanitized. *The people who work there are very kind and really seem to take care of the place. They're constantly walking around and cleaning things up. *The pedicure included hot rocks! I always feel that's a nice touch. Definitely make an appointment as this nail salon is in high demand and extremely busy. As soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted. I came for the Herbal Delux Spa Pedicure and Powder manicure. Definitely enjoyed it, wished more massage but the hot stone gave a good touch. My pedicurist was average I saw others giving longer massages to their clients. Otherwise the pedicure was good. For my SNS Powder Manicure I had Sol and she was amazing. I have eczema and she didnt say a thing about my cracked ugly fingers. She was extremely friendly and did a great job. I would love to have her again. Besides a pretty good manicure my only complaint would be that the material under my nails were cleaned. I really like the staff and I wish them the best in there business venture. This is a new nail salon in Chatham and my Mother and I were the only costumers there .. to be fair it was late and it was very nice of the to accommodate us.. they were probably closing soon. I enjoyed my pedicure but I was a little upset that they didn't use the traditional method of sloughing off the dead skin. I believe they used a tonic or lotion of some sort ... they wrapped it in some strange paper. But no file or callous remover. I definitely noticed the difference in the long run . Their nail polish selection is unique.. an unfamiliar brand that lasted well enough but I still prefer OPI. All and all I would go back for a manicure. Pedicure resulted with DOCTOR VISITS. My last pedicure (before the holidays) turned into a nightmare. It resulted with a trip to see the primary dr and a dermatologist - not something anyone wants to add to their holiday schedule or deal with after what is supposed to be "a relaxing time". Suffering from autoimmune disorders I'm diligent regarding any changes to my bod. Previous to this pedi, my toes had been "at rest" for a few months... you know: toes taking a break and breathing clean after summer-pedis, now tucked away in sneakers. Shortly after this pedicure, one of my toe nails started completely separating from the nail bed - something I have never experienced before: it was detaching laterally - from the side of the toe! Panic!! Both my drs ruled out any correlation to my conditions. My dermatologist said the damage was done by shoving a cuticle instrument too aggressively and too deeply beneath the nail causing trauma, hence separation from the nail bed. It will take about 6-9 months to heal. This is not my regular salon. I usually go in the city, but was short on time, and now I get to regret my decision for the next 1/2 year. The pedicure itself was not bad, but this was not the lasting end-result I wanted. I urge all salons and salon managers to clean/sterilize the tools and keep their staff current on TRAINING, TECHNIQUES, as well as rules and regulations. Yeah... I'm hurting. read more

Staff was accommodating in adding me to their schedule. Online mentioned appointments only and so I called a day before to schedule my booking. I may have misunderstood what the person on the phone said or maybe we both mis communicated, but I wanted a gel manicure with chrome color, and a regular pedicure. It turned out I accidentally opted for dip manicure, which I've never had before. I figured I'd give it a try thinking it couldn't be too different from gel, and ads inside the salon said it was healthier than gel. Well, it took a good hour for my nails to be dipped - mind you, I didn't add any acrylic, and my nails are embarrassingly short. I didn't mind the length of time spent, but the finished product looked really elevated and bubbly. I also asked for a light peach color but it turned out bubble gum pink. After one woman worked on my nails for 50 minutes, she stopped and informed me someone else would complete them and I saw that she went to help another customer who arrived. For my pedicure, the foot spa wasn't on, and it was really bare bones. I'm like ok maybe if you want an aroma for your water you need to pay extra? Anywho, by the time I got done with everything it was two hours later, and I needed to rush out as I had somewhere else to go. I didn't pay attention at first due to being in a hurry, but later on that day I noticed my finger and toe nails weren't cut evenly and the pedicure paint was sloppily done . My pinky toe's paint chipped off almost entirely! I was overall disappointed as the cost for both services was I believe $82 , and I had tipped both ladies who worked on my nails (not the third who took over for my fingernails though), so in all I paid a little over $100. I don't mind paying that much, but the quality was the aspect I felt disappointed in. The staff were friendly enough, but I do not plan to go back because I honestly feel I could have given myself a better pedicure, and I really don't like the look of the dip manicure. Maybe that's the style as like I said I've never gotten this before, but even so, the nails should have been filed evenly. I also felt it was a little questionable no one wore gloves throughout, and the inside of the nail salon looked like it really could use some TLC. read more

I had a Lavender pedicure. It wasn't bad for the price. I was disappointed only because I had high expectations, going in. I was hoping this establishment was more like the organic nail salon I used to go to in Lyndhurst, NJ. However, it wasn't. It's a normal nail salon Pros: They offer the option to upgrade your pedicure with scents. The massage was longer than most places, and strong. The pedicure itself, looked nice but the technician hurt me like 3 times. Pro / Con: The hot stones were very nice touch but only lasted about 1 minute on each leg (which was disappointing). Cons: I could barely smell the lavender so I don't feel it was worth the upgrade. I live 30 minutes away so I wouldn't return since there are many similar options, near me. I just moved to the area from out of state and was a little worried about trying out a new nail place. This is one of the very few places I've found that offer SNS (I guess gel nails are still a thing out here). It's in a cute town, nice area to grab coffee or lunch after. I was immediately greeted when I came in. Myra did my SNS she is so sweet, and easy to chat with. Most importantly she was meticulous and paid attention to detail with my nails. They have a lot of SNS colors to choose from which is a plus. It is a small place that apparently gets pretty busy so make an appointment. All in all, so far so good. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but my manicure looks so awful that I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their money here. It is hands down the worst manicure I have ever paid for. Firstly, when I walked into the salon, I was treated like I was running late or a walk in, even though I was a few minutes early for my appointment. I wish I walked out right then. Secondly, the salon doesn't have a good variety of regular nail polishes in colors or in brands. Lastly, the end result was so sloppy, it's embarrassing. The polish was applied unevenly (on some nails, the polish is all over the cuticles and on other nails, you can see the first layer of polish wasn't applied properly and the second layer is an attempt to cover it up). Before I had time to ask for the nail tech to clean it up, she was on to the next customer. I decided to give this salon a try because of the reviews on Yelp. After my experience with Divine, I'm confused as to how they have four stars. read more

I've been to a lot of nail salons in different locations and was looking forward to supporting this local business as I've just moved to the area. I've had 2 pedicures here now and honestly the nail/foot prep just wasn't up to par. Yes they do the pampering etc with the stones and I can't fault the hygiene but I just am not happy with how the nails are prepared. I first started coming here after getting a Groupon. I recently moved up north in Chatham is a bit of a drive for me, but it is very hard to find a place that does SNS manicure and does it well. I've been back since and I'm very happy with my nails. The place is always busy but there's never a long wait. There is either parking behind the shop or in front on the street but the street parking does have a limit I believe it is either one and ahalf hours or two hours depending on which side.
