Overall, I was happy with my nail set. But, the service is terrible. They are not friendly at all and one of the employees were talking rudely to me when I asked a slight question about something I didn't know much about regarding nails. They really talk badly about us based on what kind of nails we get to each other in Spanish. I'd rather do my own nails at home or get a nicer private nail technician. This place is also so expensive too. Do not go here. There are other better and cheaper nail salons. read more

I had a really nice experience here. It was easy to get an appt for after on Thursday and they were ready to go when I got there. They use OPI and Essie which I like. I couldn't make up mind, and one of the employees was extremely helpful. She found me exactly what I was looking for. I had a classic, no frills pedicure for $25. But their version of no frills included a hot stone massage and a special heel soak! I felt that I got more than my money's worth. My technician was fast but still focused on the details. I liked the interactions with clients who seemed to be regulars. Talking about family. Massaging tired shoulders. Glad I had such a good experience. Manicurist completely mangled my nails which took weeks to grow. My nails were at least 1/4 inch long, and I asked for them to be cut slightly and filed to the standard square with rounded edges like the currently were. She then clipped the ENTIRE length off which took me weeks to grow and made them uneven squares. I asked her to round the edges. She all but rolled her eyes. Not even that was attainable apparently. I told whoever was managing the salon that I was going to leave and she gestured me to get out. No apology, no looking at my nails. Just "Okay. Leave." Don't go here. I'm furious. Hidden Gem! I passed by this nail salon many times never realizing it was there. My friend and I had been going to different nail salons to find a place and a nail technician that knows what they're doing and is worth every dollar. I definitely found that today at New polished nails with Gina. I have the worst luck with nail salons. They always end up doing my nails wrong or injuring my nails/ fingers. My luck must be turning around because Gina did such a wonderful job. Not once was I in pain and she did an amazing job with the nails. My friend unfortunately did not have the same experience. We were getting the same thing done and paying for the same thing but the end results were very different. She ended up asking to have her nails redone by Gina instead. Gina took care of it best she could and we were satisfied by the end result. Will be returning to this nail salon. read more

Found this place on yelp. Called and made an appointment with Gina because of the previous review. As soon as I came in she was ready for me. I showed her a few designs and she was able to recreate it. I will definitely be back and absolutely recommend. My gel manicure from here lasted 4 days before completely peeling off... usually from other salons a gel will last me at least 2 weeks. I had gotten a regular mani here before which chipped in 2 days too (thought maybe it was a personal problem but the gel not lasting reaffirms this place just sucks). I really wanted to like this place but was disappointed with the quality. The nail technician was nice and quick but she did cut two of my cuticles too far down and two of my fingers bled [which to me is usually not a big deal] but 4 days later my fingers still sting from pain. I got a gel manicure, two days later it started to chip (I've been doing gel for years and never had it chip within a week let alone a few days). Pros-seemed like a clean place, their nail art on their Instagram is very nice and appealing hence one of the reasons I tried out this location. A few stars because they took me quickly and I am satisfied with how the manicure/pedicure turned out - very fast which is a plus for mom on the run. It was however a bit too rushed when it came to cleaning nail beds, pedicure was painful, and every mother's dream in her one hour of free time is to have her pedicurist talking about her in Spanish thinking she doesn't understand. Maybe one of the worst manicures i've ever received. they don't listen to you about the length you want your nails and just don't know how to make them square whatsoever. they use the wrong tools and make ur nails so thin by constantly buzzing and filing over them. I got a dip manicure and even after it was done they were super thin. It also took an hour and a half and she didn't even get off all of my previous manicure before giving me a new one. other people in there were unhappy as well. THE DAY AFTER ONE OF MY NAILS CRACKED. I came here because of the designs pictured on their Instagram. When I called to make an appointment I said I had gel on my nails. A man started me, he was clearly talking about me because the entire staff was staring at me. I told him I didn't want the drill used on me, he got annoyed. A woman ended up finishing my nails who also used a drill. Several of the staff were on their cell phones when really they should have been dusting and cleaning the wall of polish which looked filthy. They used very little to no UV gel to do a fill, drilled it off and then polished nails for $55 - rip off. Each nail is a different shape. Cuticles are cut messy. If I have UV gel I shouldn't be able to bend my nails. Let's say I didn't get a design bc I refused to give them anymore money and they wanted to charge me $12 for 3 stripes on 4 nails. When I went to pay i told the owner I was unhappy and she said "oh well". read more

I got gel plus a design, think it was a little overpriced since the design was very simple and i feel that since im younger there ripping me off. They could of been a little more nice the girl that does the designs seems kinda mad. and also when you show her a picture of what you want off their insta she kinds freestyles and doesn't go off the picture but overall good for what they do. also for covid they dont always wear gloves which i find kinda unsafe even though on their insta they said they do. read more
