Eyelash extension appointments felt painful and overpriced, sometimes falling out within days regardless of having followed their care instructions. I also went here for an eyebrow micro-blading appointment and touch-up, and I really regret it. There was no brow-mapping or consultation prior to the service starting, and the tails of my eyebrows actually ended up forming a second line above my natural brows. The whole service felt rushed and impersonal, and I was stuck with misaligned brows for a year; at least that's all they lasted for.

Not only was Angela probably the rudest and worse vibe to be around the day of, her style for hair is stuck in 1980. One of my bridesmaid showed a PONYTAIL with a few curls she gave her a 8 inch bump in her hair and 3 awful pony tails. When my bridesmaid tried to speak up Angela was SO rude and blamed my bridesmaid and "kind of" helped fix it. My entire wedding party re did their hair and makeup at the venue. She has young talented girls that work with her but she refused to let them help with follow up. Her breath reeks. She is incredibly over priced. I cannot believe people book this lady. If you're looking for a 80's throwback party she's your girl. If you're looking to have a good experience before your wedding day you better run the other way. I quite literally want to put in a request to my bank for fraudulent charges bc not a single bridesmaid looked good or deserved the treatment they got from her. Youre horrible at your job.

After discussing my hair goals with her, she suggested a different approach than the service for which I had purchased my groupon. The cost was equivalent, so they took the groupon with no extra fees. Brittany helped me select a color that looked great, and would work best with my hair and I LOVED the cut. I'm not totally sold on the organic dye - it didn't hold its color as well as conventional dye. I don't get my hair colored often but this dye washed out a lot over the next few weeks (I could see the color in the water when I washed my hair), which I've never had happen before. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner which Brittany recommended (to build protein), and after using it for a couple of weeks I switched back to my regular shampoo. I really didn't like the way my hair felt/looked while using their products. Definitely recommend for cuts and style, would recommend their coloring services if organic product is the most important factor to you, and would probably stay away from their hair care products (although YMMV - perhaps they'll work great for you).

A few repeat customers came in and they knew them by name, which is crazy. It felt like a little cozy family! I got the Prescription Go30 nails because I am a horrible nail biter and I read online that this could help. I was so embarrassed by my nails, but Autumn did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable, explaining every step of the process, and telling me what to expect as my nails heal and grow. I'm excited to see her again in a few weeks! There are only, ONLY two reasons I only gave 4 stars (I wish I could do 4.5!). The first is that the surfaces of the tables were a little cluttered and a little dusty. Not bad by any means, probably cleaner than my kitchen, but just something I noticed. The second is that when rounding off my nails, she accidentally gave two of my fingers little cuts from the file. Again, totally not a big deal, and she apologized profusely! Overall, I had a fun, relaxing time, and my nails haven't looked this good in years! I will definitely be back soon, and I would recommend this salon to anyone! Came here to get my nails done for my wedding. Terrible idea. The lady who did my nails had shaky…read morehands. I asked for shellac nails. For $40, the quality of the work was awful. Don't waste your money here. Not only was the work sloppy, but she got lint into the polish and said nothing about it. She did not file my nails nicely. I came in with long nails and left with short ones because of how many times she had to fix the nail shape. I didn't notice the lint or how crappy the work was until I already left the salon. It took almost two hours so at the end I had to rush to a final dress fitting. Once I was in the sunlight I saw how bad my nails were. I called the salon, and they just wanted me to go back to get it redone, but I didn't have time since it was the day before my wedding so I didn't have any time to go back. Will never come here again. My nail job was so bad that my husband, who never notices anything, even pointed it out. BEWARE.
