I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to…read moresay about them. I normally don't take the time to leave reviews but I was extremely shocked to see they had a low rating on yelp and felt the need to post my experience. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! I have had multiple people work on my manis and pedis and I can honestly say the service has ALWAYS been excellent!! The team is extremely attentive and caring plus it's beautiful on the inside ! luxury experience! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I really am not the person to complain, but in this case I think it's irresponsible not to share my…read moreexperience. I came to this salon with three week grown out acrylics on my nails. I specifically asked for a soak off and gel polish. The person at the front was very friendly and connected me with the man who would be doing my nails, and I was led to my seat. Once I was seated, the man confirmed with me what I wanted, to which I stated specifically a second time, "a soak off and gel polish." He asked if I wanted a manicure too and I decided I would add a manicure as well. The man began prepping my nails for the soak off (roughing them up, removing the polish, and taking the shiny layer off). Then he abruptly stopped and started looking at my nails. I had no idea what he was examining, but it looked like he was trying to figure out if I had tips on my nails (I didn't). He then took out the long tips they usually glue onto shorter nails. He took the sharp corner of the tip, forced it under my acrylic, and ripped the acrylic nail off. I was shocked. The pinky nail he did this too was clearly damaged, but still had length, so I thought maybe it would be okay. But then he continued this method for three more nails. I deeply wish I had spoken up sooner, but I was genuinely so confused. I can rip the nails off myself-why would I pay to have someone else do it so brutally? Surely he had a purpose? The purpose, I'm convinced, was to save time. When I started bleeding after he ripped my pointer finger past the quick, held my hand up to me and laughed... I finally spoke up. "Could you soak them off and not rip them?? Because you can see I'm bleeding now." He nodded and resumed his original prep of roughing up the acrylic nail and soaked the rest of my nails off. I would have left immediately after the nails were removed, but the nails that had been destroyed were so jagged they were getting caught on my clothes, so I allowed him to trim my nails (what was left of them) and file the nails that weren't damaged. I left immediately after that. Paid the $10 I owed and did not leave a tip. Because why would I leave a tip when I was literally injured and laughed at? Once I got to my car and relayed the events to my husband, he thought it was inappropriate to pay them at all and he made a call. I will say, I was very happy with the customer service on this end of things. The woman he talked to was very apologetic and happily refunded me the $10 I paid for that brutality. I definitely don't recommend this place. I'd been there before and left with nothing resembling what I'd asked for. The only reason I returned was out of necessity and I didn't imagine a soak off and polish would be easy to screw up, but boy was I wrong!

Only Tiffany, and her husband Kenny, run their nail salon. Kenny can only do certain types of…read morenails. All Newer styles he doesn't know how to do. so only Tiffany is the main nail tech. I had been going to them for the past several months. And today Tiffany says that she can only see me if I send her a deposit for an appointment because she's short staffed, as if I didn't know that only her and her husband operate the business. And they refuse to hire anybody else besides them as a married couple working in their own establishment. Earlier today she told me to come in at 2:30 PM and then she called me back and told me to come in an hour later,at 3:30 PM.I called and now she can't see me she is busy and short staffed. lol then she informed me I need to make a appointment, and send her a deposit.Nowhere inside of the establishment does it say that you need to make a deposit first prior to making an appointment. Or on the nailsalon, website listed through Google.Which is false advertisement and against the Better Business Bureau's policy which is false advertisement. If you don't display what you offer, you can't make it up to clients. that is against the law. And unprofessional and doing bad business. And for the past several months,I have always been a walk-in client. And today I need to make a deposit for an appointment through Yale after she told me I could come in and called and said to come back in an hour later. Call back an hour later and she couldn't see me and told me I need to make appointment and deposit"when I said I wasn't making a deposit she then said, go somewhere else and hung up in my face!!Disrespectful and rude as an owner of a nail salon very unprofessional. She was so ugly towards me for absolutely no reason just rude.. And to ask somebody to send money to her for an appointment, when she doesn't have a sign displayed stating that that is how she operates her establishment of business. Asking clients for money to send for an appointment is really absurd. If you're that hard up for money perhaps you should hire more nail techs.I don't recommend doing business with them unless you are willing to wait and wait and wait. And Tiffany not keeping her word, after offering for you to come in and then calling you back and telling you to come back an hour later. And then telling you she was too busy to take you"and suggesting for you to send her money for an appointment... Bad business...

Tiffany Nails - This one had unevenly cut nails and hurt the most. He kept having to redo them and used his nail to wipe the polish.
