Only Tiffany, and her husband Kenny,run their nail salon. Kenny can only do certain types of nails.All Newer styles he doesn't know how to do. so only Tiffany is the main nail tech. I had been going to them for the past several months. And today Tiffany says that she can only see me if I send her a deposit for an appointment because she's short staffed, as if I didn't know that only her and her husband operate the business.And they refuse to hire anybody else besides them as a married couple working in their own establishment. Earlier today she told me to come in at 2:30 PM and then she called me back and told me to come in an hour later,at 3:30 PM.I called and now she can't see me she is busy and short staffed. lol then she informed me I need to make a appointment, and send her a deposit.Nowhere inside of the establishment does it say that you need to make a deposit first prior to making an appointment. Or on the nailsalon, website listed through Google.Which is false advertisement and against the Better Business Bureau's policy which is false advertisement. If you don't display what you offer, you can't make it up to clients. that is against the law. And unprofessional and doing bad business. And for the past several months,I have always been a walk-in client. And today I need to make a deposit for an appointment through Yale after she told me I could come in and called and said to come back in an hour later. Call back an hour later and she couldn't see me and told me I need to make appointment and deposit"when I said I wasn't making a deposit she then said, go somewhere else and hung up in my face!!Disrespectful and rude as an owner of a nail salon very unprofessional. She was so ugly towards me for absolutely no reason just rude.. And to ask somebody to send money to her for an appointment, when she doesn't have a sign displayed stating that that is how she operates her establishment of business. Asking clients for money to send for an appointment is really absurd. If you're that hard up for money perhaps you should hire more nail techs.I don't recommend doing business with them unless you are willing to wait and wait and wait. And Tiffany not keeping her word,after offering for you to come in and then calling you back and telling you to come back an hour later. Tiffany Nails is a great place to get your nails done! My friend and I went in around 4:30pm on Wednesday, and were taken in right away( walk-in). Tiffany did my shellac gel manicure and did a quick and excellent job! Everyone was very friendly and the environment was positive. So usually when I went here to get my pedicures everything would go pretty well and I liked what I got. I decided to spoil myself with a pedi after having waited a while. I got the most expensive one +gel which came out to $100. By the end of it my toes were hurting, the polish was redone a lot, and I was just tired. The people seemed nice. They asked me if I liked it and at that point I had been there for a couple of hours so I said yes but I did look upset. It was a guy who did my pedicure and idk if he was new but now my toes are sore and I feel less confident then I was hoping to walking out that salon. Salon is clean and it is relatively easy to make appointments there. Tiffany works hard to accommodate every client. Tiffany does a great job on finger nails and toes and she is my favorite tech there. She's very talented. Others are pretty good, just not as good. Be sure to book pedi/ mani together if you want the person you made an appointment with, don't add one or the other when you arrive, or you may not get the person you asked for:) Be sure you know what you want when you book your appointment! There is a slight language barrier and it's easy to get confused on service, pricing etc...there's many different options available! Overall nice salon! read more

I do not recommend this business. I payed $45 for a full set of nails. $10 for design. $7 for coffin nail, and $5 for gel top coat. Absolute ripoff. My nails were not prepped beforehand, and were not cleaned up after either. I left the store with my nails flooded with nail polish. There is no arch to my nail and it is putting a lot to the middle of my nail. I asked for simple design and got results of a get in get out situation. There was also hair along with other dirt trapped under my clear coat. Will be going back tomorrow asking if there are any refunds or fixes available. Horrible job for $67 dollars. read more

They do a good job , when they decide to. They close at 7, but could decide to randomly close at 5. They have unreliable hours. They have certain hours posted on the door and yet they don't honor them. There is no guarantee you can get your nails done when you go during their "business hours" which can leave you in a pinch if you're counting on them. I can't wait until Noire Nails opens nearby. Hopefully they will honor their business hours. read more

I am SO disappointed in this spot. I had high hopes from the reviews and when I called and how they seemed. I'm very pregnant and had my two little ones with me. I made an appt for myself to get a pedicure and a mani pedi for my older one of the two to do something special with mama. Basically, when I arrived we picked our colors and I wanted to confirm and make sure there was enough time for myself and my daughter. She said yes absolutely and I should go first, but my daughter would be taken care of a few mins after. Well, I started my pedi and I was half way through and still nothing so I asked what was going on as my little one was asking and asking and being quite patient. The woman who owns/ runs Tiffany says oh she has to do the woman she's working on now, and it'll be 40 mins!! I was shocked, I said my 4 year old has been waiting patiently for over 30 mins now and she has another 40? And I'll be done by then. What?! She wasn't phased by it. I said it will be 5 mins to do my daughter right but you're gonna keep working on this full set? She kept giving me a " I don't care look" and was quite rude. Gave this a two because I honestly didn't get the chance to have my nails done..... I called at 11am asked if they can do my nails, they said they will do an appointment for 12:30. Came in at 12:30. It's 1:13 as I am writing this and still no one has touched my nails. I had a flight at 3 so obviously I couldn't keep waiting. I rarely leave reviews, but I just have to for this nail salon! My fiancé and I were walk-ins, and Tiffany was able to take sure of us quickly! Tiffany knew how bad my sunburn on my feet and legs was, and she was so gentle with the tops of my feet. She even went out of her way to give me some lotion for my burn on the top my legs. PK did a great job with my fiancé, and now he's already wanting to plan to go back. I will definitely be returning, and I'm not sure my fiancé will let me go alone now lol! read more

I feel they give off a racist vibe here. Against ppl of color. I have seen this on several occasion. a few weeks ago my sons dad went to get a manicure and also paid for my services. He asked to use to restroom she was acting like she didn't understand him. So I told Rachel the one that was doing my nails that was rude and she understood exactly what he was saying... only if he had not paid I would have left and not finished getting serviced.. then yesterday I went in 9/10 because I couldn't find another nail shop near that wasn't completely booked. I told Tiffany what I wanted. So I sit for about 30 mins waiting. another lady comes in not of Color she gets seated immediately. Tiffany knew exactly how I was feeling after she seated the other lady. She told me oh he will be with you in a few mins.. then I just left.. there has been times that I have seen black ppl come in ask how long the wait will be she would like 45mins then as soon as someone comes in not of color she automatically has time. I wonder what the issue is? I mean we are all coming in to spend money and it's the same. Why treat ppl differently By the color of their skin? I will never go back there. I will continue to drive to Nashville for my nails or elsewhere. I thought I found a nail shop close to me that was good since moving here but absolutely not... not that one...
