They spoke to each other mostly in Vietnamese. I paid for the 60$ pedicure. NOT ONE INSTRUMENT was sterilized. She pulled them out of her carry all and began using them and not one came from an autoclaved pack. I got the heebie jeebies at this. I went home and used a UV light on my toes to ward off any fungus. The pedicure lasted 28 minutes which was ok by me because all I could think was nothing was sanitized. (How does the health department let this slide?) there was no "massaging" of the legs, it consisted of her running her fingernails up and down my leg a few times and then balled up her fist and started banging on my legs and I had to tell her to stop that it hurt. I wont be back.

I'm embarrassed of my pedicure. It looks NO better than if I'd painted my toes myself, and I do a horrible job. Our fingernails look pretty good but not good enough to justify the price. I will not be going back.

The same girl who did my pedicure also did my manicure. I appreciate it when they try and speed up the process by having one person start your manicure as the other person is doing the pedicure, but they didn't have enough people on staff to do this. The woman who did my nails was efficient and friendly. However, her efficiency at doing my nails didn't match my perfectionist standards. As she was trimming my cuticles she nicked my pinky finger along the nail line. It drew a tiny bit of blood, which I'm sure she noticed yet didn't acknowledge. After she was done with my nails I examined them noticing that the lines were messy and uneven around each nail. It wasn't bad enough to make her re-do it, but when you look up close it is definitely noticeable. My pedicure was good and I enjoyed it, so no complaints there. My experience here was okay but not good enough to make me want to return. I didn't get the impression that the lady who did my nails was actually concerned about how they looked. She was more concerned about just getting the job done but not doing it well.

He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service. Nat on bathroom floor, slippery dip powder on flooring most visits, when bleeding, used a "community" bottle of something to stop it. Scary!
