As a middle-aged person, I've had insurance of all types for a long time--auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella. I've dealt with a lot of the major companies but never an independent agent. Ever since the auto insurance companies started marketing their apps and offering dot com access, I shop around directly. But, I decided to buy an Explorer conversion van, basically a limo for large families. My good friend recommended me to Maria. She praised this company really good. When I called the receptionist answer kind of confused seems like she was lost. When I told her If I may speak to Maria she seemed scared like something bad was going to happen to her.
