The gym has several floors and they have made very good use of the space! The machines are a bit outdated and they could probably squeeze in a few more options, but it gets the job done. It is very clean & there is a spacious sauna and even a hot tub! They also offer water out of a Berkey water filter which I totally appreciate! Parking in front of the gym can sometimes be a challenge, but nothing in this town is a far walk :)

She has great hands and an intuitive touch which, unfortunately, is not always found in many "clinical" massages I have had. Her place is meticulously clean and welcoming. She really cares about what you need and want from your session, whether it is Swedish, effleurage, or other types. I had the two hour "Royal" treatment and it was one of the best massages I have had in a very long time. She is professional and thorough. I recommend her highly.
