We had A&E Cleaning service come to our house to clean. The initial "deep clean" was $240.00. There…read morewere lots of things that weren't cleaned. There were still some scuff marks on the walls, the entertainment center wasn't cleaned, and things weren't moved to clean under them. In the shower there were some rust stains that weren't cleaned and when they were brought to the attention of Ana, she said that they would come out with continued cleaning. We were able to completely remove them with about 2 minutes, a sponge, and some Ajax. All of these things were brought to her attention and she said she would come back and do ANOTHER cleaning and then we could decide if we wanted to continue the service. If we were to take this option and refuse to continue service with her, we'd be losing money because 2 cleanings at $240 is $120, which is more than the $80 cleaning that was offered after the initial cleaning. She agreed that the cleaning could have been better, but we didn't want to have them come back. We offered what we thought was fair for the cleaning that was done, which was $100, and we haven't heard back from her. Unhappy with the service and the communication of what appears the be the owner. See attached pictures.

The Orange and Blue told me all I needed to know. Or so I thought. I sneered at the truck, muttering some choice curse words under my breath. See, I detest that color combination, Orange and Blue. I'm not trying to see any Orange and Blue. Ever. I'm all about the Silver and Black. But as drove by that truck, my Wife said, Wait, what? Before I could ask what she meant she said, Turn around. Turn around we have to go back! That truck, she explained, I need to see what it says. So I turned the Cruising Vessel around and drove back, pulling up right across from the unfortunately painted truck. As I read the side of the truck. My wife said, we need to call these guys. I knew she was right. I mean, not because she is always right, but because the inside of our trash bin was disgusting. You don't even want to know how disgusting. My wife put the number for GETR WASHED in her phone. Subsequently, she said it was super easy to set up an appointment. The company schedules your bin cleaning to coincide with your trash pickup day, so your bin will be empty when their truck arrives. Since their minimum is two bins we decided to have our garden clippings bin cleaned too. Both cans had untold years of ground in grime. The following week the unpleasantly painted GETR WASHED Truck showed up on schedule. They cleaned the bins right at the curb. They use 200 degree water. Germs don't stand a chance. The results were almost unbelievable. The bins were cleaner than I expected. Far cleaner than I would've thought possible. And they even smell good. No lie. They deodorize the bins, they re-odorize them with a pleasant scent. And the job was completed far faster than I expected, too. When I went to see how the job was going the big truck with the irksome paint job was already gone. The cost seemed quite reasonable. I think it was around $60 for two bins. It struck me as a good value. I was very impressed with GETR WASHED. So impressed I'm not even gonna trip about their distressingly painted trucks. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. But next time I would definitely wait until after football season. I don't want any Orange and Blue around my house during football season. Jason and team arrived on time to clean out and disinfect our garage after rodents turned up. Everyone on the team worked quickly and professionally. They went through the boxes for me, separated the trash from good items and moved good items I wanted to keep into safe plastic containers I purchased ahead of time. They were also competitively priced because the service was well worth the $300 and piece of mind. I called Jason and Maria one late Saturday, because I was having guests later that evening and my apartment was a mess and I didn't have the energy to clean it. They showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. Clearly, they take great pride in their work and it showed. Yes, it was expensive, but comparable to what other cleaning services charge. La Morra did a fantastic job at my dad's house, and on super short notice too. It was in need of a deep cleaning and the team were absolute champs given the state of his house. I'm from out-of-town and so couldn't be there, but they sent lots of pictures, both before and after. They were compassionate and very understanding.
