She and her MA carefully observed and charted all of my moles. I have had several skin cancers and have to get regular checks. Samantha and her MA, Cherish, made me feel at ease right away. North Bend Medical Center screens all patients at the door and does temperature checks. They practice excellent COVID-19 sanitation and distancing upon check-in. Samantha Deckers office is on the third floor and honestly it has more of a spa feeling than a doctors office. The rooms are immaculate and freshly sanitized. The gowns and linens were pristine. The floors were sparking clean. I am a germaphobe so I notice the details especially during the pandemic. Samantha is the first medical professional I have seen in over a year but I was instantly at ease. All of the staff is vaccinated and that was reassuring. Next I am going to get some cosmetic fillers done. I also got started on their top of the line sunscreen, vitamin C serum and skincare routine. I highly recommend Samantha Decker, you will love her!

One my first treatment Dr. Soard gave me significant pain relief and also adjust my locked hip and my neck. I was immediately able to have greater movement, and significantly less pain. I went back and the released my hip again and adjusted my back and neck. I am totally pain free after two treatments. Dr. Soard took the time to assess and identify issues with my spine I wasn't feeling yet. He also carefully listened to my history. I am a pretty big guy and Dr. Soard has done an excellent job. Previously I had…read moreonly had Botox & I would only let my RN friend do them but I saw Dr. Markelov's work & some testimonials in his office & couldn't wait to try Dysport in his office. Dr does the injections himself & that eased my nerves too. I learned that Dr used to teach other providers how to do neuromodulators so his work is excellent!! I love the look & results of my smooth forehead & the awful crease line between my eyebrows that looked like a butt crack is now gone!!! Their office Mgr repeatedly lied to me and then wouldn't call me back. I've had to go out of area after a long delay of trying to do it locally. I highly recommend going to Roseburg for any orthopedic needs. They are very efficient and have very transparent systems. Also Roseburg has more advanced surgical technologies than Coos county providers. South Coast Orthopaedic is trying to overcome some big challenges in their business model, and it doesn't appear that everyone there is on board with it.
