He did not show up for a month then came and did a rushed partial job. He returned two days later to finish the job. Then two weeks passed and again no communication. After another no call, no show, I asked if he could mow my yard shorter since he is not keeping his weekly schedule. I found an email stating he was no longer servicing my lawn. Just like that, no worning and with my grass almost 9" tall. Very unprofessional and very unexpected. I hope others will now receive a on-time service from him. No advanced notice, and quiting after not mowing for two weeks puts one in a bind. I hope he figures it all out. I should say John did not charge for the last mow. I would hope in the future he would give the person more notice than two weeks later.

They came to the house spent an hour-and-a-half there did not pull any of the weeds that I had asked for they did a very basic lawn mowing they trim down a bunch of dry grass I had on the back and then left it on the ground without backing it up and there was tons of uneven places where there was still grass sticking up all over the lawn. I asked him to trim the bushes in the front of my house they trim them all completely crooked instead of just cutting them straight across and making the square top on my big bushes they cut them so uneven so it look like I had messed up devil horns in the front of my home. After calling and talking to the owner the owner told me he would look into it talk to the lady I rented the house to and said that I will contact the owner which is me and that he would get back to me and we would figure out the difference. three weeks later I get a bill in the mail for more than the quoted price and no call back from the owner. So after I called the owner and told him what was going on he said that all the lady told me that you would pay for it so we billed you for it.I said well is that the quality that I can expect from your business after that he said I don't care what you think quality is that's what the prices cuz my guys were there for an hour and a half after pointing out all of the problems he told me that I was a liar that he had checked it out himself so apparently the customer is not always right. After telling him that I work for a larger company that is all about customer service because he was speaking so rudely he told me that I was a $10 an hour employee which I'm not and that I rented a crappy house in Riverdale which is a 5 bedroom 3 story house and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that I am just some salesman that won't ever shut up and then he ended the conversation on telling me to F myself and hung up in my face so if you're looking for somebody to do a really bad job and then when you call them on it they cuss you out and talk to you that way then that would be the place to go if you're looking for somebody with quality I will not recommend Larson's Lawn Care I deal with 3800 different accounts all the way through the Chamber of Commerce and Utah and I would not recommend not one of my people to go there and deal with them especially not someone that is going to cuss you out and be rude to you in a threatening manner and that's their owner

Let me be completely honest. We knew Nate from a previous job, so we knew his remodeling work…read more Our bedroom remodel, siding painting, and front stonework/rear cement work went great and I would recommend him for that. But, we also paid for landscaping to remove much of our grass and create paths and a firepit. This is where I have a complaint. Istead of removing the sod correctly, as we were paying for, he decided to till it stating it would work. It did not and it is completely unmanageable. The weed barrier that was used was so thin that the grass easily grew throughout, ruining all the paths. Additionally, WE had to finish the construction cleanup since he felt he was "over his hours" for the project, despite the fact that it wasn't being billed that way. Needless to say, I'm angry. We wasted a ton of money on the landscaping and now we're looking at having to spend another $10,000 to someone else to fix correctly what we paid Nate for. I would not recommend them for landscaping.

Now, I'm looking at having to have another person come and and fix his work, for a grand total of $10,000...which I'd already paid Nate to do this work. Do not recommend for landscaping. If I could, I'd go back after them for the landscaping costs, but since he didn't itemize his billing it's not worth the legal hassle and cost.
