Each of these three times the cashier has handed me the scanner instead of taking my card expecting a tip, "it's gonna ask you a question". But they're turning the lights off (or not turning them on) making costumers who aren't local think they're not open. It's literally a safety concern not to mention a work ethic issue. The coffee always tastes good and the people are nice. It just burns me up with people try to pull one over on the costumers.

After waiting in line for about ten minutes, the employee at the window--whose name began with "Mari"--told me "Have a good day" as she starts to close the window, before giving me all of my order. I politely let her know I was still waiting on one of the drinks, and instead of apologizing or calmly resolving the issue, she rolled her eyes, got visibly annoyed, and snapped at me with: "Well you need to give me a second to go get them." Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional--especially considering I had been patient up to that point. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or the disrespect. It felt like I was being scolded for expecting to receive what I paid for. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope this behavior is addressed. No customer should be made to feel like they're a nuisance simply for asking for their complete order.
