Mar 03- Despite having an in depth conversation about what we wanted, he sent in an incorrect contract that needed to be fixed. I notified him of the error and he said he will fix the error and send me a new contract. Mar 09- no contract received still. I followed up. No response via text. Mar 13- Ricardo (Verotti) shares the updated contract. I was out of town March 20- i responded apologizing for the delay in response as I was out of town. Requested a phone call to confirm details. Ricardo asks what time our event was. Then proceeds to tell me that he has booked another client. My gripe with Ricardo, is that despite having a verbal confirmation with him, he booked another client on the date that I had selected. If there was another client that approached him for the same date, as a courtesy, he could have checked in with me to confirm if I still wanted to proceed, instead he broke our agreement. Yes it was a verbal agreement, but it still should count for something. For Ricardo, he won't apologize for the delay in his responses, but he's okay with breaking agreements, even if verbal agreements, when the client gets busy and forgets to respond in time. For context read the text message exchanges He is an unprofessional and dishonorable man.

They worked tirelessly creating amazing balloon art and beautiful face paint designs. Out of balloons, Josh made Moses, anime characters, Disney princesses, and even replicas of individuals. He also made Beauty and the Beast enchanted rose, unicorns, swords, motorcycles, emojis... Pretty much anything you can think of, he can create! I asked for Cinderella and it turned out beautifully: Long blond hair, pretty face, shiny interlocking blue balloons for the gown. For the face paint, there were 2 pages of different artwork to choose from and included unicorn horn, animal print, butterflies, hearts & more. A couple people asked for flags / other items and Amanda was still able to deliver a fantastic finished product. For example, one person wanted the flag of Haiti painted on, which is not an easy flag to draw. Amanda looked at the photograph and drew it really well, then added some sparkles and glitter. When it was my turn, I chose one of the fancy eye designs: Roses and leaves, along with a bit of shimmer. Amanda did a lovely job. I loved the two toned colors that were used: Light pink + deeper reddish pink for the roses and forest green + pale green for the leaves. It looked absolutely gorgeous. After, everybody complimented me and admired Amanda's handiwork. All who received balloon art or face paint were completely satisfied and enjoyed the experience of receiving it. Joshua and Amanda are true professionals and so incredibly sweet, personable, giving and work hard at their craft. You definitely will not be disappointed by hiring them, as they bring magic to any party or event!

This was not your basic dog balloon artist, He created a fire truck, light sabers and blasters. The young lady who did the face painting was amazing. Very Unprofessional…read more Gave this business a free booth at our event to give more exposure to small business and businesses out side of fitness (which is mostly what our event caters too). The business owner agreed to be there for both days for the event at no charge for a booth (other vendors paid $800+ for booths) and they able to charge our customers whatever price they would like in exchange for their business being provided at the event. They didn't show up Friday to set up their booth and came late on Saturday around 11AM when the event started at 9:30AM. They didn't show up at all on sunday for the final day of the event which is very disappointing. Our team could've given this opportunity to another business who needed to make money during these uncircumstantial times but unfortunately they didn't hold up to the promise they made with being at the event. Obviously will not be booking again.

I paid the deposit and received confirmation that everything was set to go. A day before the event, I had not heard from Karla. I called, texted, and emailed her several times with absolutely no response. On the day of the event, I again called, texted and emailed her. Still no response. At 12:21pm, less than 2 hours before my event time, I received an email from Karla, which stated that she was out of the country due to a family medical emergency. This had to be a lie because she waited until 2 hours before the party to let me know of this?!! Why didn't she let me know before - as soon as she was headed to where she supposedly was?! If she was out of the country, she had to have traveled there, and during that process, could've sent an email or a text. IT'S ALL A LIE! I was left with the setup that she requires you to have for her and no face painter for my son's FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY! I know that things come up and emergencies happen but Karla didn't handle it in a profession and business manner. Maybe if she had let me know a couple of days before, I could've hired a new one. DO NOT hire her for your events. She will ghost you and cancel last minute with a lame excuse. There are so many other professional face painters out there! Also, we still haven't received our deposit back!
