They arrived an hour early so that they could sit up close to the front however, when they arrived, they were rudely told they had to sit in the back because they had a child under five my four-year-old granddaughter is very quiet and reserved child. Nowhere on the website does it say that you will be treated this way if you have a child under the age of five. The show was entertaining, but nothing worth posting or telling others about. The experience was mostly ruined by the rude interception. They judged my granddaughter instead of allowing her the opportunity to sit up close, and then if she misbehaved and got loud, be asked to move that I could understand, but you arrive early so that you can get good seats and then you're told you have to sit on the second to the last row, that's unacceptable!

Bummed we haven't been able to do the trial due to lack of response from the business despite…read moremultiple attempts. 1st attempt walkin- did a random walk in and the guy who was there was nice, gave me a care and told me he couldn't tell me anything, and I would have to call a number to get any information and the manager was the only one who knew prices etc. 2nd - Phone/Website- Set up a trial class. Was sent liability paperwork and apt which listed the incorrect trial lesson. Called 2x asking about it prior and if we needed to reschedule to the correct lesson and also about the paperwork which kept setting to parent versus minor. Also emailed twice. No response to any of the 4 efforts and when the apt came and went, nothing from the school, teacher, or staff. It's a bummer, it seemed like this could have been a really great option for our family but after 2 vms and 2 emails still no response over a week later.
