The rows of seats are graduated like a small movie theater. The lighting was great. The actors wear mics to enhance the sound. The offer popcorn and snacks for purchase. You can also purchase bottled water. If you want an alcoholic drink, you must purchase a "Stageworks" tumbler for $20. It comes filled with your drink of choice on the first round and then you pay for the addition drinks with a by the glass cost. You can bring the tumbler back each time. There was a little bit of a wait at intermission for the bathrooms. Of course, us ladies always have to wait no matter the venue. The staff were great in assisting us to the other more hidden restrooms. Everyone was friendly and the night was terrific. The theater is in a shopping center. Parking is free. You can buy tickets online and then pick them up at will call.

At the show, I was blown away by the set production, costumes, and most of all, the quality of the actors. Since then, our other daughter has also joined Showtime and we are 17 shows in! If you are looking for a place for your child to have experience with on stage productions, you can't go wrong with Ms Jackie. I think she truly supports her casts, and also has very high expectations for her shows- there is dedication and work involved to be a part of Showtime. Ms Jackie will support them every step of the way! As our girls have gotten older, they have also been able to have the experience of working backstage and in the booth, which gives them other skills and a real appreciation for what it takes to make a production happen. The theater is small and intimate so you don't have to worry about having a bad seat. I loved to be so close to the actors and felt like they were all wonderful at their craft! Ya know, I could watch elementary kids perform Grease and I'd still like it cuz the musical has always been that nostalgic goodness I can't get enough of. It's definitely not broadway. It's low budget for the set and props. And tbh it looked like the actors weren't really into it and lacked enthusiasm. Idk. A few of them were really good though. I actually saw Grease on a cruise recently and it was a lot better there. There I left singing the songs in my head but here just didn't have that pizzazz. Doors open 15 minutes before showtime. There is a Concession bar but it wasn't open during intermission. And only water can be brought into the theatre per staff. Twix bar and water was $4. The restrooms are small and it's 1 urinal and 1 stall for everyone including the actors who I saw scrambling to use it during the intermission. Theatre itself has no bad seats. But Note the two chairs on each end of the front row are regular movable chairs and not the numbered theatre chairs attached to the ground. The play did start about 5 minutes later than curtain time as people kept trickling in. Programs are on laminated bills that you return at the end of the program.

Both actors should win an award in my opinion this is one of Unity Theaters best performance over the 20 years I have attended. In one word it was magnetic!

Went and saw Noises Off on its last showing and the cast was amazing and super entertaining. If you're looking for something different for date night purchase tickets there or online. There are two different concessions one that's cash for donations snacks, chips, coffee, and soft drinks are offered. The other concessions is a small bar that is set up for cards, serves alcoholic beverages.

I love that they do donations for the snacks so I don't have to keep taking out cash I just give them $10 and go throughout the performance. I Love community theater, so keep up the good work!
