Wish I had the option to leave no stars. I trusted my car with Magic Auto Care to repair the front bumper as it is a lease return. Rather than them telling me they don't know how to paint, they take my car for four days and when I come to pick it up it's all white-out everywhere (my car is a pearl white) Looks worse than when I left it. The customer service is horrible. The owner apparently is "out of the country" and the older lady on the desk is so insensitive. She kept saying she wouldn't take the car in this condition either but wouldn't do anything to help. Just pretended to be calling Santiago and pretend he's not answering. Horrible horrible experience, now I lost a day of work and have to go to another shop. This is truly disgusting service, I would never recommend anyone to this shop, they are thieves stealing people's money. read more

She got back with the estimate in a timely manner and gave excellent communication about next steps, appointment confirmation, and approximate ETA of the PDR technician. The PDR technician came within 30 minutes of the appointment window. It ended up being the owner Santiago Tello, who was also very professional and friendly. He examined the area to be repaired and gave me a fair price that beat all other estimates that I received from other PDR shops. Enclosed are the before and after pictures. Called these people up on a recommendation from a friend. I had the unfortunate luck of getting two dents on both doors of my car. They made the trip right to the front door my my house and repaired the the dents and it looked perfect in less than 30 and the cost was more reasonable than returning the car at the end of the lead term and paying what the leasing company would have charged me. My brand new car , less than 2 weeks old, was dinged by a co worker when she exited her vehicle and the wind took her drivers door into the passenger side of my car. Thankfully, I purchased the protection package insurance when I purchased the vehicle. This establishment is located 10 minutes from my home, and maintains very accommodating hours of operation. They did an outstanding job of removing the very small, but very noticeable dent. They have a very welcoming and comfortable waiting area and they simply are the nicest people to do business with. I plan on bringing the vehicle back for detailing in the near future. I'd rate the place 6 stars or more if that was an option. I had a difficult repair. Someone ran a shopping cart into the edge of the door of my new car at Costco. The dents were not not deep, but because they were on the edge of the door, it was very hard to fix. The dealership told me it would cost $2500 because the whole door panel would have to be replaced. I took the car to Magic Auto Care and Santiago did a magnificent job. The dents are completely gone and for a fraction of the dealership price. Also, Luz in the office was lovely and very helpful. I paid $800 cash money for my Range Rover to receive full detailing, compounding, paint correction and interior repairs. My vehicle received none of the above, not even a washing after 3 days in the shop. The day I got it back, I wiped down the hood with a cloth and was stunned. Pictures and video attached. I called in today and spoke to Santiago, he told me to meet him there in 2 hours. After only 10 minutes I got a call back from the girl in the office, Lucy, she told me to bring it in since Santiago would not be there at the time (even though he just said he would be). I had one of my employees bring the car to the shop and was told "there's nothing they can do" and that "it's burnt paint". After speaking to my worker over the phone, I called back and spoke to Santiago. I was told "Do whatever you want to do". Well, judging by my receipt and the lacking of taxes being applied, maybe the IRS "should do whatever it wants" instead. read more

I was very impressed with the work Santiago did on my Cherokee. Had a tricky dent right on a fairly sharp body line and the results were fantastic. Santiago was very accommodating, as I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he took care of me the same day, They have a nice renovated shop in Springfield and it's clear that these guys are passionate about cars. I brought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee to "Magic" after being recommended by Summit (NJ) car wash....I had a number of dings and a a dented gash about 4 inches long on rear quarter panel...Owner Santiago, did his 'magic' right in front of my eyes. No painting need and you could not see where the 'dings/dents' were. Santiago and his great office lady, "Luc" brought to my attention and shod mr a car that had the "Ceramic-Pro" precess done to it....I elected to have the process done and while some might think it expensive, it is well worth the money. My neighbors thought i had the car repainted. And all I have to do is take a hose to it and the first rolls right off. People stop me and ask if I want to see the car or where I had the work done. One more thing. I had about a 3 inch crack on lower portion of rear bumper that was staring to "walk." Another body shop told me I had to replace the bumper ($900.00) Santiago and his guys repaired the bumper and had it repaired to the point where it looks like a brand new bumper....Take a step up from a car detailing and have the "ceramic-pro" done...(and no, I don't own stock in the company)...A very satisfied customer.
