I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

I came here and they checked my car and told me I had no oil leak and didn't charge me to give me that information. I asked the guy in the office how much markup is for parts. He said 'it ranges from 10% to 200% markup'. What a fool. There were 3 things I could reasonably see them noticing for service. Headlight, radiator, maybe a dink on the windshield. They found over a dozen 'major' issues, most of which I don't even agree with. Don't waste your time. They charged me $80 to look at it only to slap me with that quote. I'm going to get a lease for an auto shop and compete with them as soon as possible. You couldn't pay me to work with them.

They then called at the exact time saying it would take another 45 minutes and I had a lot of other issues, great, super. Thanks for looking at everything when you weren't told to, but you wasted your time slot for what needed to be truly done. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.
