I love this place!! I go about every 3 weeks and I go to my lady Sumna every time. I've gone to many different threading places and Magic Brow by far was the best. I live in LA but my parents live near Menifee so anytime I come to visit I have to make a stop. The workers at Magic Brow are all very nice but Sumna is the best. I am ridiculously picky when it comes to my brows so I can always tell her to shape them a certain way and she will do it to perfection! This is an overly priced threading salon. At first my brows were looking good but after being a regular one brow started to look straight and the other with an arched wtf! Seriously? After so much time and patience on letting that one brow grow out I had crazy brows and the lady just went on and f'd it up! So annoyed I started going out to Fullerton mostly on weekends and well I have been going out there to get them fixed. Will not go back! read more

I'm literally standing at the register so unhappy and so unsatisfied!! I've been here plenty and multiple times. I don't think I've had " Hema " do them as many times as the prior ladies. I came in, and drew the outline of my brows as I always do when I come. The reason I do this, is so that they can only thread the outside hairs of what I draw in with my Anastacia promanade gel. Well the lady was done & she wipes off the gel and they seemed to look okay. I went to my truck and wiped it all off and to my surprise one brow is short and the other was threaded to the point where she took a whole chunk off !! I'm so mad at this point. I walk back to show her ( clearly she can't put my hair back on) and she insisted that she didn't touch my hair. I told her let me show you pictures of myself from yesterday. Long story short she gave me 5$ off. I was walking to my truck and I'm still unhappy. I asked for 2 months of Free service ( I go 2-3 weeks ) she said she couldn't do that. then i asked for one month bc it's going to take a long time for my hair to grow out. All she could do was refund me. SMH I wasn't asking for free, but at least one month free would have been great so they can " help " reshape my brows again. This place is far from my house I'm in canyon lake but they happen to be the only place in menifee. Clearly, I need to find a new spot & avoid " Hema " and this brow place at all cost. read more

I go often. If you go don't get the older lady. She made it painful to me and red and s couple days later scabs and tiny white pimples showed up. The staff rotates too much so I never got a consistent girl. But my experience is that the younger ones do better. read more

I use to get my brow's done in the mall in temecula until a friend reccomended this place to me. I just stopped in and I was really happy with the service i recieved. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very pleasent, and knowledgable. they showed me other products i can use for my eyebrows to make them look fuller, and help them stay in place, they described each product to me, how it works, and they even explained that they were organic. they had purses on sale, and cute accesories for really cheap. Needless to say I will be returning, and referring this place to friends. read more

This was the first place I tried getting my eyebrows threaded. I was so happy with it it's the only place that I go. I love that they always have coupons in magazines or online so I always use them. I have had my eyebrows, whole face, and side burns done there before. And I am always happy with the result. I have never been pushed to buy extra things. They always offer, but never push. If I could leave 0 starts I truly would. I walked into this building that had their front door wide open and their hours posted until 7 pm. I walked in at 6:50 (unfortunately I work a 9:30-6:30 job) and made it in as soon as I could. I work in customer service and although my business hours are 6 and we close at 6 not 5:55 I have stayed well over my shift to help people out cause I'm human too. And I have compassion and why make things harder on people right? Anyways... walked in at 6:50 to where she told me hey sorry we're closed. So I said well your door is open and it says you guys are open until 7..? (Im not stupid.. I know these lazy people simply did not want to have to wait at all after work. I've worked in customer service so don't tell me your "system is shut off" plus it's an eyebrow studio... the only "system" you need to use is your hands. IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE TEN MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS SAY SO THEN FIRST OFF LOCK YOUR FUCKING DOORS. AND SECONDLY GET YOUR HOURS STRAIGHT ONLINE. BUT THEY WONT CHANGE THEIR HOURS CAUSE WE ALL KNOW DAMN WELL THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN UNTIL 7 and these lazy asses just wanna get themselves home. So disappointed in this place. I trusted the great reviews and even gave the place a shot twice. ..fell short BOTH times. My eyebrows were poorly shaped when all I asked for was a clean up. She made one brow super thin while the other wasnt & She was so pushy on selling the brow powder when I had already mentioned I have my own products. And to top it off $10 is very steep for a mediocre job considering it took a month for my brows to grow back after the damage. Definitely never returning. read more

I love this location. I used to go to the French Valley one, and this location is much better, in my opinion. The ladies are really friendly and do a great job, and there's usually some good Bollywood music playing in the background . . . fun and relaxing. I absolutely love this place, after i came here i realized i would never get my eyebrows waxed again. Threading is much more precise and lasts longer. Even though a bit more painful, i find it worth it. I am very picky with who does my eyebrows because they are very thick and sometimes difficult to shape. All of the girls there are amazing but Suman is the one who i came back to every time. She is very personable and always took her time with me. I even got my boyfriend to go to her with me. I am pretty bummed that i moved out of state and have to find someone else, i will defiantly be going back to her when I visit the area again! :) read more

Super Disappointed...my eye brows are way off from the other.....Now!!!! The lady Ousha or something told me I needed to do my lip and I told her I had just waxed a few days ago. I believed her when she said she could still get hair...well $5.00 later and three days later I could see hair??? They are way too pushy here. She asked if I wanted to buy eye shadow to fill in my brows, a product to hold them in place, a purse, a wallet, hair clips etc. I told her I wasn't interested in anything...I was going on vacation and needed to save money. And even after bothering me...I tipped her $3.00 and she looked at me likes that's it....well that's it for me and I won't be going back...sad because I was excited about this place. I've seen this place for a while but have never stopped in, today I was desperate to get my brows done before work and I went here. Fast service and they look good now. Who knows if I'll have show through in a few days. I can't say it wasn't painful, but I have a very low pain tolerance. And I can't say I didn't get red marks but I also have sensitive skin. So overall not their fault and I will see how it looks in a few days! read more
