I never saw an itemized estimate until they maxed out the insurance. They charged $25k for 4 days work to empty out my contents. That was 5-6 hrs a day and on day 3 they told me there were only 2 items left upstairs but milked it for a full day the next day. Then $25k for mitigation and wanted $29k to hang new Sheetrock on the ceilings, insulate, paint, windows and carpet. A private contractor told me he could have done everything for what they charged for 1 phase.
