AND??? when I purchase a vaping product from them, I always buy 2 that way I have a backup plan. Told the guy it wouldn't work, no life at all. nothing! Every retailer gives you a grace period , and NO store wants to sell defective products. however this kid acted like he's gonna lose his job if he exchanged it. asked him to call the owner...oh no! His boss told him not to call him again about work problems such as this, kid says if I call him I'm gonna get fired. gimme a break. I have owned a business, and worked for major retailers for thirty years, mostly in management,the customer isn't ALWAYS right. but this time I was. right is right and wrong is wrong i knew I was in the right when I walked thru the door, or I wouldn't have bothered going in the first place. 29$ won't make or break me, I can assure you. but I will be going back to speak to someone else that can at the very make a management decision. if you're gonna leave your store unattended, and you have left a kid there to run it, at the very least, have one with some freaking COMMON SENSE. ONE last comment he made was this...how do we know you maybe didn't leave it in your car and the battery got too hot and went bad? Looked at him and said, "How would I smoke it if I left it in the car"? He just had a deer in headlights look and rambled on and on. Tells me to come back when store owner is there, said I will, when does he work, kid says if you see a black HUMMER outside, then you'll know he's here. Absolutely Ridiculous over a $29 item. Probably how he can afford it, cause he doesn't give refunds or exchanges. That's what I expect when dealing with someone who's from another country and doesn't have any respect for others and their hard earned money. I'm not racial so don't go hatin on me, owner has probably told this kid, just tell em to come back when I'm here. Thinking they will forget about it or don't want to hassle with it, guess what........,..I'll be his problem customer of the year!!!! Who knows, I may even get a reward. This store is very well organized and really has any supply you could ever need. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable..... VERY knowledgeable and VERY patient! Apparently, they have a hookah lounge but I never saw it. I don't think..... Honestly, the store seems a little too small to sell the amount of supplies they offer & also be a hookah lounge. I only saw two chairs and a table at the front of the store ... maybe that was the "lounge ." I'm unsure but it's certainly worth inquiring about if you are interested. Overall, this is a good place to checkout if you are in need of reasonable priced hookah or tobacco paraphernalia. Plenty of parking available too!
