I had also reached out to other vendors for a quote and this was the cheapest so we decided to go with him. Pros: Eric (Heriberto's son) came at the scheduled time and set up for cleaning. He paid more attention to high traffic areas for cleaning and was quick and meticulous. -We had a large area rug and some small rugs that we were able to negotiate a price for cleaning. - The carpets dried within a couple of hours and there was no major chemical smells to deal with. Cons: When I had talked to Heriberto, he had said they will not move furniture in the room even if they are small side tables or chairs. we were not expecting any one to move large furniture. The other cleaning companies did mention they can move small furniture around. We had to move most of the things from the room before the cleaning. Eric did help move small boxes or chair around. I am not sure how much of a difference this carpet cleaning made vs some other cleaning services and our carpets were not super dirty but they do look relatively cleaner and fresh than before. Overall for the price and time, it was a job well done.

She talks about the process and sends you a quote right away to your email to validate the transaction incase something goes wrong. I paid her up front and they did a fantastic job. The summer is the busiest time for all cleaners (especially for move-in/move-out). So when the Glorious cleaning team weren't able to finish the task they were able to come in later to finish the job. They also cleaned a bunch of extra spots which I appreciate! We've moved three times, and every time, they've stayed with us. We trust them completely in our home. Walking in on Fridays to a clean home with made beds truly feels like an act of care. We actually say every Friday (cleaning day), "This is the best feeling, I love Jose and Fabiola!" and "The money we spend on this is beyond well spent." Last summer, my wife went over and asked them if they would give us a quote for cleaning our house. They came our home and looked around and they were very friendly. They said they would get back to us and let us know. But they never got back to us and they never gave us a quote for cleaning our home. We witnessed that they were cleaning our other neighbors houses (two or three different houses) in our neighborhood. It was strange that they have never gotten back to us. I found this very unprofessional and rude. Immediately after they came to our house, two weeks they started to ignore us I would never say hi to us anymore. They never got back to us about the quote and they have continued to work in our clubhouse and clean every other week, We can't help but wonder if they ignore us now because they realized when they met us and came into our home we are a lesbian couple and they are discriminating against us. We did inform them we are married. They continue to be able to make themselves available to clean our clubhouse and our neighbors homes. It feels very disrespectful that they continue to do this. My wife noticed that they had a Jesus crucifix around their necks and perhaps they were phobic or felt uncomfortable with cleaning our home because a lesbian married couple. It's very uncomfortable that they're continuing to clean our clubhouse as we are actually paying for them because we are part of the HOA and we own this mobile home park. They see us every other week and they never say anything. They never acknowledge us. We looked them straight away and not and say hello and they ignore us. This is so disrespectful and so unprofessional.
