Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). On the last visit, an entire room and bathroom were skipped because the door was closed. In our experience the team had always asked before skipping a closed-door room, so we were caught off guard, and with guests coming we asked if they could come back to finish it. We were told they don't clean closed-door rooms and that the earliest return was two weeks away. After we raised the missed room, our rate went up sharply - more than double the original price. I can't speak to their reasons, only to what happened. My honest takeaway: the cleaning itself was fine most of the time, but I'd go in with a clear written agreement on scope, closed-door handling, and pricing so you're not surprised if an issue comes up.
