The facility itself was clean, and Mya was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the appointment. This review is not meant personally toward her at all. I also understand I should have asked more questions because I honestly didn't realize estheticians could perform "massage" services in this context. That said, the experience felt more like oil being rubbed on than an actual massage intended for recovery, muscle work, or physical relief. To make matters worse, I originally thought I had booked at another location and ended up driving all the way to Glendale from the opposite side of town. Looking back, I honestly wish I would have just canceled and paid the fee instead.
