I've been getting pedicures every single month since I was 8 years old, and I'm 30 now--so I consider myself a seasoned girl who knows the difference between a great pedicure and a mediocre one. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the customer service--10/10. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual service itself was extremely underwhelming. I paid $140 for a 90-minute Luxe Stress Fix Pedicure, and honestly, I expected so much more. The pedicure was probably one of the least thorough pedicures I've ever received. My nails are crooked, and the Dazzle Dry looks absolutely horrible. It's uneven and messy, and definitely not what I expected after paying $140. The massage was also very underwhelming. For a 90-minute service, I would estimate that at least 30 minutes--or more--was spent without me actually being attended to. I was SO excited for this experience, especially because of the price and the whole "luxury" concept, but unfortunately, it just felt like a very basic and underwhelming pedicure. The headphones and eye mask were also a lot for me personally. I ended up feeling claustrophobic and overwhelmed rather than relaxed. Overall, 10/10 customer service, but the actual pedicure was a major disappointment. For $140, I expected my feet and nails to leave looking and feeling absolutely amazing, and unfortunately that was not the case. They could NEVER do what traditional nail salons do. I booked a 90-minute massage and a 90-minute head spa. Honestly, I should have stopped the massage within the first few minutes. It became obvious very quickly that this wasn't an actual therapeutic massage experience. I later found out the service wasn't performed by a licensed massage therapist, but by an esthetician. I really wish that would have been clearly disclosed when the receptionist called me to adjust the appointment, especially because I specifically mentioned that the massage was the part I cared most about. The facility itself was clean, and Mya was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the appointment. This review is not meant personally toward her at all. I also understand I should have asked more questions because I honestly didn't realize estheticians could perform "massage" services in this context. That said, the experience felt more like oil being rubbed on than an actual massage intended for recovery, muscle work, or physical relief. To make matters worse, I originally thought I had booked at another location and ended up driving all the way to Glendale from the opposite side of town. Looking back, I honestly wish I would have just canceled and paid the fee instead. Overall, I left disappointed because the service I was most excited about didn't match the expectations I've had from prior massage experiences. If you're looking for therapeutic massage or recovery-focused bodywork, this probably isn't the place for that. If your goal is simply to relax and unwind, then it may be a better fit for you. Hey Yelp friends! To wrap up 2025, my daughter brought me here for the ultimate pedicure experience!!! I don't think my review will do it justice, but I will give it a try. We came for the Zero Gravity Pedicure experience. We walked in and were greeted right away. We sat for a moment, then we were both called back for our appointments. We were originally booked back to back, but we wanted to sit together and they said that would be fine. The pedicure room is long and lights were dim. One wall is back lit with a shear drape and twinkle lights. The request is that we are quiet and we unplug from our devices. There is zen music lightly playing. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that there was a change in the schedule and I would get my treatment at the same time. My experience was so relaxing. I sat in my comfy chair. She turned on the heat and the vibrations. I was sitting up for the initial foot soak and pedi.Then, it's time to recline back. I was enveloped with a warm blanket, heated neck pillow, steam eye mask and sound blocking head phones, playing zen music. Next, I received shoulder, scalp, then foot and leg massages. The next thing I remember, I was waking up and my pedi was done. I think I took a nap. Lol. Of course you pick your color at the beginning and they charge extra if you have a gel polish to remove, like I did. Expect to spend an hour. Once you try this you won't want anything less. I just left the salon and I can't be happier about the pedicure I got. My daughter treated me for a special occasion and we both left talking about how we need to go back for more regular visits. Brooke took care of me and Kammi took care of my daughter. They were both terrific and I highly recommend asking for them if you can. Excellent experience from the time we walked in the door to the moment we left. So, I decided to take my pampering game to new heights and hit up the latest Evolve location off Happy Valley & 67th Ave--because why not treat my toes to some serious luxury? I booked their new Zero Gravity Pedicure with the AVEDA Skin Balancing Treatment, and let me tell you, it was like floating on a cloud of bliss! Pictures don't lie. This new spot is bigger than the Carefree Hwy location, which means more room for my fabulous self to relax! A shoutout to my nail fairy, Emily Lopez, whose sweet demeanor and magical skills made me feel like royalty. But here's the real tea: a couple of ladies strolled in after me, totally forgetting that 'spa' means 'whisper zone.' Their loud cackles about everything from their cat's diet to their favorite Netflix shows almost popped my zen bubble! But fear not! I simply asked Emily to work her charm, and she did! Soon enough, it was back to my blissful bubble. And pro tip: I discovered you can change the sound in those headphones during the zero gravity part! To be honest, I was pretty disappointed in my service today. I was gifted the most expensive Zero Gravity pedicure experience for Christmas and I've been waiting a very long time to try this salon. My experience was supposed to be two hours, include the full pedicure routine, a skin balancing ritual (facial), and extended massage time on my legs, hands/arms, shoulders and scalp. The staff were very nice. But this was definitely not worth $225. There were several times where I was left unattended for what felt like 5-10mins at a time. I understand needing to step away to wash hands or prep the next products but it seemed like an excessive amount of time that I spent just laying there. As comfy as the chair was, I didn't pay $225 to just lay there for two hours. I also feel that I don't truly get a head or shoulder massage. The edges of my forehead and my shoulders were simply pressed down on a couple times throughout the experience. The longest massage was my legs, which was literally just lotion being rubbed up and down in the same path over and over again for 10 mins. My hands and arms were rubbed last towards the end when it was time to take the lotion gloves off. The massage was only enough to rub in the lotion and my arms weren't stable at all. The facial was decent, but I was told one of the first products was supposed to "heat up", and it didn't. And one of the most annoying parts was during the main portion of the pedicure. I was comfortable with the chair reclined, heaters on, a face mask soaking with a weighted eye mask on and headphones with spa music over my ears. But about 5 mins in to that, two other parties came into the room and were talking very loudly. I couldn't hear the music in my ears over their conversations. And for $225, and the ambiance of the room, I expected a quiet relaxing experience the whole time. Which it was not. Then to top it off, when everything was being wiped off my face at the end, the final layer of product (that I'm assuming was moisturizer) didn't feel like moisturizer and left my face feeling very cakey. And now my eyebrows are clumped together and crunchy. And when I was sat up to look at my toes, there was paint left all over my skin. It looks messy and honestly just not acceptable again for $225. I don't know if it's the specific brand of polish they use or the application but either way, I was very disappointed in the whole experience. read more

If you have never been, this is your time to go. This place is absolutely amazing. My friend and I did the zero gravity pedicures and the head spa. First, Scheduling the appointments was so easy and the staff was so helpful. I knew at that point it would be a great experience. Then sent you a reminder text, which is always nice. We arrived for our appointment and were nicely greeted as soon as we walked in, offered water or coffee. And pedicure specialist, greeted us at the front to take us to the room. When talking about relaxation, this is full service. The pedicure girls were so nice, and did everything to make us feel relaxed. In my opinion, splurge for the 90 minute you are worth it. This is the most relaxing and amazing pedicure I've ever had. Little bit expensive, but I'll pay for it again for the way, I was relaxed and felt. The Japanese head spa was an amazing experience. The camera when they look at your scalp is a little eye-opening, but when comparing to the end is amazing. They use essential oils and good smells and you feel so many suds on your hair. The waterfall was amazing with a little massage. This is something I will definitely do again also. It's not a cheap trip, but for self relaxation. It was well worth it. It was the most relaxing experience I have ever had and I got to leave with a beautifully perfect pedicure. My experience here was so mixed. I went in for a haircut and added on a hand cream because why not pamper myself a little while I'm sitting here? I don't color my hair at all- I recognize that I'm not a client that's bringing in the big ticket items. But- I still want to feel great when I leave. Haircut went well, we consulted and I feel like she got a good idea of what I wanted and it was realistic with my hair. Where it went wrong- ok, in their defense I was about 5 min late (yes only 5 min, my appt was at 10 and I checked in at 1005 due to unforeseen construction). But, she in no way had time to finish my hair. Like, 5 minutes would not have made a difference. I did online book, but there is nowhere to indicate that she may need more time and not all stylists do with my hair (I say 50/50- some manage just fine in the time constraints). At 1115 she looked at me and was like "well my next client is here so I'm going to have to let you go- go home and style it, if you don't like the cut, I'll fix it". Uh, great I guess? I was hoping to leave feeling great, fresh cut and style and instead I had to go home and finish it. Good thing I didn't have plans right after or anything- guess I'll postpone anything I needed to go do. So, would I go back? Maybe- the cut is pretty decent.
