I always come to elements at this location, and Shannon is the best. She wasn't available so I tried a new person however I walked out in more pain then I came in with. Lisa who was considered the master level was not impressive by any means, and did not read the room as she kept talking thru the whole session. Her massage felt like she was just rubbing lotion rather than really massaging with skills at a mastery level. I do not recommend Lisa especially since you have to pay extra if considered mastery. I recommend Elements re evaluate who they determine is elite and mastery. read more

I've been getting monthly massages from Elements Massage now for quite a while. I think it's time to let my fellow Yelpers know why I like this place. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly hello. It is quiet and clean, just as you would expect a massage therapy establishment to be. The waiting area is fairly comfortable and there is water and plenty of information about what you might expect during your therapy. I always choose a scent to inhale while I'm relaxing because I think it enhances my experience. They have 4 scents to choose from, my favorite is lavender. My therapist, I've had 2 and I like them both, has always been on time. I am escorted into my private room where I change and relax as she performs her magic. I always get the 90 minute massage as I feel that is best for me. The have multiple choices, though. I leave feeling thoroughly refreshed and looking forward to the rest of my day. They have interesting payment plans if you are doing the monthly treatment and they also offer a military discount. read more

With $79 member price for a regular 60 minute massage + their suggested $25 gratuity, a customer is paying $104 for 45 minutes. Too expensive. 1 Star 3. Staff has always been polite and professional. 5 Stars 4. I've always found the business spaces clean and comfortable. 5 Stars 5. Because of #1 above, I've cancelled my years-long membership because I've found another local business that provides more time for the money (an hour = 60 minutes!) with equal or better massage results. read more

The Studio Manager Jessica reached out to me on 8/29/21 and since then everything has been perfect (regarding my appointments, reminders, online scheduling i.e. all the non-massage items), all thanks to Annie and the front desk staff. I have now seen Carlos, Francisco, Lisa B, Matt, Virginia, Natalia at this location and this is now my "home studio" for Elements - even though I live 30 minutes away - they have the best staff amongst all other Element Massages in the area (yes I have tried 5+ locations). I have also tried the cupping enhancement and CBD enhancement - both of which I recommend for athletes working on performance. They have a text line for those who are unable to call during work hours etc. The online system continues working great. The lobby is always quiet and the staff always warm, welcoming yet not too chatty - to help relax during the entire experience. The rooms are clean, the music and ambience is relaxing, the restrooms are clean too. Ample parking and snuck right between Mountainside Fitness and Walmart with convenient parking and easy access to highway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this specific Elements Massage location and don't be shy to ask them about various therapists' modalities, share what you are looking for specifically, AND communicate with your therapist. Their bedside manners, draping, and ability to adapt to feedback regarding pressure DURING the massage remains great! read more

My massage was amazing! I just payed a little more than I had expected. When I had booked online I had selected 90 minute for $149 and then a $10 up charge for a small service. But when my appointment was over they had charged me for a seniority therapist and I spent $189 and then tipped $30 because that was %20 for what I thought was paying. It's very unfortunate elements massage is unwilling to accommodate last minute changes, especially when it involves my partners first responder duties. They charge for modifications or cancellations regardless of the individual's circumstance. Staff continues to show the inability to understand or provide positive resolution. Went to this location a few days ago because they had a great deal for an hour massage, and truly my massage was fantastic. The room was nice and quiet and my therapist did a great job during my session. Our conversation during the session was great too. I'm taking a star off only because of my initial interaction with my therapist. I wore my mask upon entry as the business requires that you wear one, but after going to the bathroom And heading off to disrobe I took it off. However, my therapist seemed surprised I was no longer wearing it in the room and asked if I'd forgotten it in the bathroom but when I said no, she immediately asked if I was vaccinated against COVID. This threw me off because I was not expecting to have to wear a mask during a massage, especially when I'd be face down half the time. Though if this was protocol here, I would have just preferred that I'd been told that ahead of time. She didn't make me put on my mask for my massage, but I was just genuinely confused by that exchange and the question about my vaccination status. read more

I am a member but I don't go once a month more like 3-4 because of the amazing service I receive there. I would call our a specific therapist but it is unnecessary because I have had a dozen different people and they are all AMAZING. It is so nice to have a consistent massage parlor nearby that is not only clean and relaxing but actually helps with all of my back issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Do yourself a favor: ask for Frances. I've had several dozen massages in my life, in lots of places and at a wide variety of cost. Pretty much all of them felt transactional - as if the massage therapist is reading from a play book, "do x, y, z." Very formulaic and execution-focused. Pressing too hard in the wrong spots, working against the body - rather than with it. No emotional awareness. And that's okay. I get it. Massage therapists are just regular people. Especially if you're not a regular client of theirs, the chances are low that they will get to know your body in a way that allows them to do a better job than that. It provides some relief and that's that. But when you find someone who can and does do more, well... that's something to make note of. Frances seems to have really paid attention to her training. She understands the makeup of the body - how to move and adjust you in ways that make sense, applying smooth, paced pressure in the right places. She uses the weight and positioning of your body (and her own) to help her work. It's nothing short of an awesome experience. If you're one of those people that responds to a super intense/painful massages, I can't speak to that. That's not my jam. But if you're interested in pressure that ranges from light to medium depending on timing and and location, I can't recommend her enough. My very first massage with Frances was close to the best massage I've ever had - and that limitation is only because I was a regular client of a different therapist years ago, who worked to get to know my body over time. You can imagine my surprise when Frances just kind of "got it" right away. I immediately booked a second visit and now have the next scheduled as well. If we were staying in the area, I would book her as often as I could afford it. My loss is your gain. Set up an appointment. Get on her calendar. UPDATE: Within days of submitting my last review, the store manager attempted to contact me multiple times, and I'm so glad I picked up the phone! She notified me the massage therapist gone rogue was no longer at the location and that they wanted to make up for my poor experience. Enter Krista. I have NEVER had a better massage than what Krista gifted to my sore shoulders and back. She was friendly, polite, receptive if I wanted more/ less pressure. I'm actually surprised that she's not the President's personal massage therapist. Yes - She's THAT good. Krista and the rest of the lovely staff turned around my reluctance and truly did work wonders. THANK YOU! We started 10 minutes late and when I attempted to make pleasant conversation with the massage therapist by asking her how long she's been a massage therapist, she said she's been at it for WAY too long and was tired of it. At first I was going to see if I could see a new therapist, but hey, I thought with years of experience she would be great at it! This was NOT the case. The entire environment was tense and strained. While her hands and movements were apathetic and weak at best, her conversation left me feeling depressed! She told me about her husband cheating on her and how she locked him out of the house. I tried to be sympathetic but still hint that I was excited for a RELAXING time, but she didn't get the hint. Not only that, but I really did have agonizing tension in my neck and shoulders. They had me fill out the form with specific areas I'd like worked on (I did). She even asked me where I'd like her to focus, but she never did! I asked her politely if she could work my neck and shoulders and she just waved me off and said she'd get to it between her morbid, personal comments. Never happened. To top it all off, the massage ended 15 minutes early, but at that point I was GRATEFUL for the time I was jipped. If anything, PLEASE offer some sort of training for this therapist.
